I am very happy that I contactedAbacus for my AC needs.Today (11/9/2021) David came to give my heating system it’s yearly checkup.He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspectionof the system and took the time to answer my questions and give me hisrecommendations.

They’re very not forthcoming when it comes to checking everything that has to do with the air conditioner they charge me 280 bucks more than what others will charge and to change a capacitor but the house still doesn’t cool down the technician gave me his word that he was going to come by since it was still an open ticket to check on the fan speed on the unit called back again to get that checked on and the company couldn’t get a hold of the technician was to send somebody else in one of the charging yet again so yeah these guys are definitely not the ones you want to have the work on your unit

Charged me $69 to go through the same 60 second process of trying to light the water heater. They then quoted us $200 to come back another day and call the troubleshooting phone number on the water heater or $800 to fix the most likely problem (the gas valve). This is a $15 part! I got someone on craigslist to fix it for $50. Don't waste your money with these guys

Ramiro Espinoza was the technician that came to ensure a/c was operating properly and also change the filter. He was very respectful, professional, polite and efficient. He definitely deserves his luncheon! He was definitely very helpful !!

Excellent service from this company, my air conditioners have always had problems, it broke down, did not work well, and with Turbo Plumbing air conditioners that is a thing of the past with all their products that allow me to enjoy a good environment in my home.

This company was recommended as a subcontractor through Home Depot. I scheduled a simple AC maintenance service for Monday, May 20, but didn't hear anything from the technician within the scheduled time window, so I called to check and make sure I had the right information in my calendar. I was told my information was correct, but that they were behind schedule that day. I rescheduled to be the first appointment today, Saturday, May 25, and was told I was scheduled in the 8am to 10am window. At 10:10am, I still had no communication from the service tech or the company, so I called them again to check status and was told they would have someone on the road to me within 30 minutes. It is now 4:25pm, and no technician has arrived, nor have I had any other contact from the company to explain the delay. I sent a message to Home Depot, letting them know the situation with this recommended subcontractor, and am posting here to warn other customers. I still need to have my AC checked, but I guess I will have to find another, hopefully more reliable, company to meet my needs.
