Malco Electric Electrician
To be honest, my husband and I didn't think companies like Malco existed anymore. To make a long story short, we had been having some serious breaker issues at our home and with the heat wave that is currently occurring in Central TX, we were very concerned about our toddler having to endure any chance of our air conditioning going out for extended periods of time (which it had started doing more frequently a week prior). Chris and another individual came to our home to inspect the issue and they just blew us away with their professionalism and kindness. They worked in the sweltering heat and even waited once the meter was reinstalled by the electrical company to ensure there were no additional issues. If that wasn't enough, Chris even texted my husband a few hours later to ensure that we were able to run the ac/dryer/fan/etc without the main breaker tripping. This goes far beyond simply being a good employee and a good company. This shows true human kindness and the ability to see a customer as more than just another nameless face. This is the type of customer service that is missing from the vast majority of companies these days. Chris showed us that he truly cared about the well-being of our family and for that very reason, Malco Electric gained a loyal customer that day. We will tell all of our family, friends and acquaintances about Chris and Malco Electric because they deserve all the positive recognition in the world.Thank you for raising the bar and being such a sterling example of how a company should treat their customers. God bless.

Bergelectric Corporation Electrician
I was an employee for all of 12 days i was hired to be a warehouse manager, i was interviewed 2 times the 2nd interview was two and a half hours long with a senior VP. at which time i told them i had virtually no computer experience. They said we pride ourselves on training !!!!!!So when they made me a offer of employment i accepted. The man that was to train me was the warehouse manager who was being moved to a feild position anyway the first 6 days he had me work on the prefab crew and said he would show me the computer part of the job when my computer came in. On the 7th day around 1 a supervisor pulled me aside and said THAT I WASNT PROGRESSING FAST ENOUGH AND MOVED ME TO A JOB SITE WHERE I WAS HARRASSED UNTIL I QUIT

Bryant AC & Electric Electrician
I used Bryant for a large remodel i was performing on my home in Austin. I work for a construction company and we have used Bryant on many jobs previously. I was just informed this morning that they would not longer be obligating their contract as they have mismanaged (their words) the project and were no longer making money. I have a half finished home, no electrical service, and no options other than to hire a new electrical contractor. I would not use them as their new management does not honor their obligations or try to offer solutions other than quit.

ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing Electrical Electrician
1st technician came out and gave me false information that I required to pay 69 dollars for summer fees despite my prepaid diagnostics of 49 dollars. I told the technician my issues. And he informed me I required a drain pan service that cost 300 dollars. My cold air was not restored. After two rescheduled because they did not make it during the window of my appointment, a second technician came out.He made it seem like he was making up for the 1st technician by checking everything for me. He put leak stopper in my system and topped it off with refrigerant. I asked if there would be a way to check for leaks. He informed me that not until he comes back later and notices lower pressure/higher temperatures. In addition he replaced my capacitor because he told me that I should side with caution due to the incoming summertime heat. Because my capacitor was at it's minimums. I was charged an additional 200 dollars after being told I was supposed to be charged an additional 300. I got cold air for 1.5 weeks. And sure enough, my cold air was gone. I'm sure rescue rooter was waiting for my call back to replace my coil for me.ALL A SCAM.I went with another company that worked 10x faster and more efficient. My system was filled with refrigerant by the new technician and the new technician was able to detect a leak from my coils using a device detecting parts per million. READ THERE WAS A LEAK. WITHIN 10 MINUTES. I am replacing my coil with them and not this contracted scam of a company.ARS rescue rooter hires technicians that screw over home owners. Waste customers' time and money. 500 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN for no reason. One 89 dollar service fee and a courteous leak check was provided by this superior company and cut to the chase. I am replacing my coil with them.

Trio Electric Austin TX Electrician
The Guys in the fields are all good people and it is a good place to work , but when it comes to the HR department they are no help at all. I was getting deducted for insurance I never received, and when I tried to contact HR it took forever for a response . They use a 3rd party for customer service and they can only leave messages for you and hope they get back to you . HR is the only downside with this company.
