The two gentlemen arrived on time, were extremely professional, and worked quickly on the three issues we had. Very impressed with this company and it’s staff.

Maybe my expectations were unreasonable. I get that some people have bad days or that circumstances make things into a difficult situation. I honestly felt very unsatisfied with the level of service I received. They left after 3/5 things I needed fixed did not get fixed. I felt that they were unprepared, not having the right materials/equipment necessary to properly fix the job. They also came unexpectedly 3 hours before the scheduled time without warning.With all that said, I know that you can't control everything. In the end, I think there is value in customer service. They did their best to make things right and that's above and beyond what most other businesses will do.

I appreciated their timeliness in returning my initial call, the promptness in scheduling the appointment, the professional approach to my electrical issues and their patience in explaining the process to me. As a new business I wish them the best and think they are off to a great start.

Used Abacus before, installed a new air handler about six months ago. Called them back when I lost my heat. My technician Dillon (I call him “my” tech, ‘cause I’m gonna request him again in the future) got right to the problem, talking me through it all the way. Turned out to simply be some tripped circuit breakers. No charge… but I immediately signed up for a service contract. (Only 99 bucks for complete A/C tuneup, twice a year.) Also, arranged for a tech, same company , to come out to check my circuit board. Again, at no cost, but I’m seriously considering getting on their electrical service plan as well.Abacus = great staff + best equipment + reasonable pricing.

Unfortunately, the person who handles the scheduling (Michelle) is extremely rude. This is not how you get customers!

I have had several great experiences over the years with their plumbers and electricians. I also called them recently for hvac work but was somewhat disappointed in that department vs the service I have come to expect from FOX plumbers and electricians. So, FOX Service Company continues to be my first call for plumbing and electrical repairs, but I will use another vendor for HVAC maintenance.

I was on the phone with customer service representative when plumber from ARS that he was on his way from North Austin. He did a marvelous job. He also cleaned the mess that backed into the tub. He was very nice and I would give him a five star rating.

Don Gordon, owner and master electrician, does business the right way. They do excellent work and if there's a problem they stand behind it and make it right. Nice to find good people doing great work in this town when everything's moving so fast it would be easy to cut corners. They don't. Highly recommend.
