Dominic Neri, Electrical Service Technician, did the annual service on Generac standby generator on 10/26/2022. This service included oil & filter change, air filter change, new spark plugs and overall cleaning of the generator unit plus a 10 minute run of the generator to ensure it was operating properly. Dominic took the time to answer my questions regarding the operation of the generator. Dominic performed an excellent maintenance service and I will definitely continue using the service.

We use ARS for everything... we've even come to have our own crews. Trent is our plumbing guy and Louie is our HVAC guy! They are awesome! They both have great crews that they bring with them. Brad, the GM, is such a caring man! He makes sure that everyone on his team is tuned in to determine what you need and the best way to give it to you.
