I would highly recommend Grayzer based on: Service, Professionalism and Cost. I recently had recessed LED lighting installed in our master BR, study nook and living room with vaulted ceilings. First off, their receptionist/scheduler, Jessica, is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful explaining their service and pricing. They schedule within a 2hr window...also a plus in my mind.Electricians Jim and Logan(? hope i got names right?) were very clear on when they would show up the day prior and then called ~45min ahead of arrival to ensure I was home. Both days they actually arrived early! Pretty surprising based on other contractor experiences I've had. Ultimately, they installed 13 beautiful lights across three rooms in 1 1/2 days and were very friendly and informative while they worked.I will likely be calling Grayzer again as I start my next project in the very near future. thanks!

From the moment I called TruTec I was given 5 star customer service. Patrick was incredibly helpful on the phone talking me through the issues I was having with the electric at my home. Daniel, the main technician that resolved the issue, was extremely professional and talked me through every step of the process and gave me multiple solutions that would restore power to the problem areas. Nick and Bon were also very professional, and got the job done and cleaned up afterwards, making sure everything was completed thoroughly. Everything was solved within hours of their arrival. A trustworthy company that I would recommend to anyone.

We have used Duhon for electrical work many times over the years and always had a great experience. Most recently Damien and William helped upgrade the electrical system in an older (1940s) home including: Cleaning up loose electrical wires under the house in a tiny crawl space (making it safe to enter), consolidating and cleaning up our main electrical panel, grounding all of the major appliances, installing new ceiling fans and recessed lighting, and addressing other items found on a recent home inspection report. They always took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and then got it done. They are very busy, so it helps to schedule in advance (which I was able to do). Thanks Damien and William for the fantastic attention to detail and taking such good care of our home! I for one will be sleeping better tonight knowing my electrical system is well cared for.

Came out the very next morning first thing, very professional, finished in less than an hour, charged me just the minimum visit charge. Will use them again if I need an electrician. Alan was very detailed with his inspection and servicing of both my AC units. He took time to answer all my questions. He provided a detailed report about each units with pictures of any issues found. He provided cost estimates with a couple of levels of products. He was not pushy at all. Just informative. He emailed the information so I have time to research it and decide what I want to do. Great job, very professional
