I chose Stan's for the attention detail in their written proposal and because Dylan, who assessed the situation and prepared the proposal, would also be doing the work. And they could do it the next day. Dylan and his assistant went above and beyond on what proved to be a difficult installation (why builders ever thought putting water heaters in cramped attics was a good idea is a mystery), and he took the time at the end to review everything with me and re-assure me that if anything did not live up to my expectations, I should give him a call. Stan's has won a new fan.
