I found Grayzer from a long list of Tesla recommended installers. Let me say, I am SO glad I went with Grayzer. They visited my house and prepared a quote within days. All other competitors were slow to respond and over priced.Max P and Todd arrived on time and did the work swiftly with top notch professionalism. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical across my attic to the other side of my house. We were in the middle of a heatwave and the attic was extremely hot, but they met the challenge and delivered perfect work. The location of the charger requires running electrical in a very tight spot and was expecting conduit outside my house. However, they pulled off what I though was impossible and did a SUPER clean install. Nothing exposed, just a Tesla charger on the wall, exactly where I wanted it.Post install, Max P ran me through the warranties, wifi setup, basic instructions on things to do before calling for help. He was very knowledgeable with Tesla chargers and explained why I should pair wifi. Best of all, I am no longer charging at 4mph. My car charges above 40mph, a 10x improvement.Seriously look no further for an electrician. Having tried a few others on various projects, this team is the best.

The techs were nice and did great work adding ONE outlet right above another outlet (to hide my tv wires) but I think it was way overpriced. I have a new build home and I regret not shopping around more for prices... lesson learned. $518 y’all.... they got me!

We had an issue with our breaker/dishwasher, called Raptor and got someone out within 2 days - they did a great job and fixed the issue. Highly recommend, these guys are professional, communicative and fair priced.

I made an appointment with Mr. Duhon in order to gain an estimate for wiring a large office. I showed up as agreed and called Mr. Duhon 4 times, leaving 2 messages. He neither showed up nor returned my calls.Later that evening Mr. Duhon returned my call, apologized for the incident and offered a 15% discount for missing our appointment. He met me at the office the next day and gave me an estimate for electrical project.

These guys did a garbage job. Conduit is just hanging, exposed. We asked for CAT6. They installed CAT6 conduit but installed CAT5 terminations/end points, limiting our max speed. Marked up the CAT6 conduit ten times the retail price that you pay for the exact same product at Home Depot. Billed our credit card without authorization before providing an invoice. Overall, a horrible experience.

Terrance was great. He was extremely friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the faulty breaker within a short time frame. I would highly recommend this company and this person.

On the eve of closing, we needed a second opinion for electric work in our bathrooms. Cody took our call, and patiently walked us through everything we needed to look for to go back to our sellers. We were so, so grateful for the help!

Jonathan was, hands-down, the best home repair/tradesperson we have ever worked with in over 30 years of homeownership. When we had a near electrical fire because of a much-outdated breaker panel in our 1922 house and Jonathan found out about our situation, he began managing our project at a moment's notice. While larger companies were wanting to set up appointments for the future, Jonathan immediately understood the emergency nature of our problem and instantly engaged with our project with photos and questions. He proceeded to coordinate the permits needed with the city and the energy department right away, and he even drove to the city office in person to move our work along faster when city office workers didn't return his calls. He communicated clearly about the process every step of the way; he was efficient and on time; and he was a strong advocate for our emergency project with the horrible bureaucracy that is the City of Austin. This company is awesome with their customer service and they are extremely knowledgeable and professionally courteous for their customers. I had a small job that was needed and they didn’t hesitate to take care of it ahead of our major project that is upcoming on our schedule. Irvin and Chris are the best! I highly recommend this company for anyone interested in doing anything electrical for their home or business!

Global Electric is now my go to company for whatever work I need done. I ended up with a lot of water and electrical damage last February 2021, during the big freeze. It has taken a long time to get all the water damage repaired. But when it came to the electrical Global did a great job. They were on time and reasonable priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

Responded to my issue with professionalism. Clearly broke down the issue with the lighting fixture and wiring. They made the repairs immediately and resolved my issues. I felt they did a great job educating me on what caused the problem. I would recommend them. They were also the most reasonable I found when checking for quotes on service calls.

After a recent ice storm and Austin's latest surprise reversion to 1890's living, I had enough. I bought a 7500 AMP generator. I needed a 50A inlet on the side of the house for said generator. Austin Electrical Services quoted me for an interlock kit that allows me to disconnect my house from the mains and run it off the generator. They showed up on time, did the work professionally, and briefed me on safe use of the system. They're local, and I recommend them!
