James was very knowledgeable and tracked down a difficult electrical issue that was a result of a bathroom remodel 15 years prior! They are coming back to install a chandelier in our two-story entry way. I would definitely consider them for future projects.

We have used Duhon for two different projects and will continue to us them for all of our electrical needs. They are a great company to work with and are very professional. It is very refreshing to deal with true professionals and not some guy with a truck that you find on Craigslist.

I had an emergency last month and called these guys out of the phone book. I have never needed an electrician before, but I was pleased with the urgency they handled my request with. My power went out and they were there within a couple of hours. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them.

Malco replaced some lights and installed a fixture in community center in southeast Austin. Responded quickly, was early to appointment, and fixed within 2 hours!

We had a gas leak over the weekend. The gas company technician identified not just one, but two leaks, both of our hot water heaters.We needed them fixed/repaired as quickly as possible. We made the appointment over the weekend and Eddie came on Monday. I was surprised that they were able to replace one them the same day. He probably could have done both the same day if it weren't for the second hot water heater being in the garage attic. That one required some carpentry to enable access. Eddie was fantastic. The responsiveness and professionalism was top notch.Be it a crisis plumbing need like restoring hot water, something more optional like upgrading fixtures, Abacus should be on your speed dial.

Bryce and Jacob were fantastic! They got right to work, tackled multiple problems we were having with specific outlets as well as our brakers, got everything figured out and fixed and were courteous and kind professionals throughout their time in my home! Pritchard electric did the wiring on my complete house renovation - only things old are the front door and master bath. I cannot say enough about how professional they were and how much i appreciate their attention to detail. Pritchard came back until every aspect of the electrical and lighting were right.They made sure i had the right “color” LED in the house and plugs outside for my Christmas lights. Gary and his crew were experienced, thoughtful, and courteous.After the main electrical work was done, i had Pritchard come back to install fixtures etc. They excelled at that work as well even hanging an Apparatus cloud Light where the instructions finish with “pour yourself a strong drink.”Thank you, Pritchard Electric.

10/24/2014OMG I called panic stricken when 1/2 the electricity in the garage suddenly went out and I had no electrician!!! Called the emergency number and Brandon (insert superman music here) answered he showed up in 30 mins and found the problem right away!!! Brandon is fabulous!! He's honest and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He's wonderful!!! I am going to recommend them to my customers!
