Best Commercial Residential Wiring in Austin TX

I used to be a fan of Grayzer Electric and I have no complaints at all with their electricians.My complaint is with the owner and his wife who runs the office.I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company over the years at several homes and my last home and Lago Vista I had problems with eight $25 electric timer which I asked the owner to please replace and I would provide the new timer at my cost which he refused to do. If you can’t take care of a customer who is spent thousands of dollars and been a loyal customer for years then I don’t have any use for your business.

The techs were nice and did great work adding ONE outlet right above another outlet (to hide my tv wires) but I think it was way overpriced. I have a new build home and I regret not shopping around more for prices... lesson learned. $518 y’all.... they got me!

These guys are fantastic! This was the second time we have hired them. They were about 2 weeks out for scheduling after the walkthrough, but it rained the very next day so they squeezed us in! Alejandro came when he said he would and hooked us up with a new breaker and a dedicated line to our heater. It worked out great because we were able to use the heater on the coldest night of the Fall so far and we feel safe with the work they did. Priscilla is a pleasure to speak with and Luis is great also. I can't say enough about this company. We will hire them again and refer them to anyone who needs electric work in Austin. I cannot recommend Will Duhon enough. He told me that he is no drama, and man was he right. Other contractors like Fox Services gave me an estimate of $3-$4k for repairs to my main breaker box, but Will explained to me how he could do it for $1k. He did it quickly and with no hassle. It is so rare to find an honest and affordable electrician. But Will is not your average electrician, he is the best of the best in my opinion.

TERRIBLE!!!!! They were the fastest to respond to my email inquiry for a fairly decent sized job. The guy they sent out quoted about $576 for the job and I gave the go ahead. The scheduler, Tracy (I think it was) called to set the work date and left a message that it would be the following week, about 7 days out and for me to call back to confirm. I called back and Tracy was not there but the fellow I spoke with confirmed the Thursday first call appointment. We even discussed how since they're right down the road from my house that they should get to my home by 8:30am.On Thursday around 9am, after having taken time off work to be home, I decide to call them to find out if they are running behind. Tracy informs me I never called back to confirm; I told her I did and she very nonchalantly stated, well he didn't tell me. She then said the earliest they could reschedule the job was for 3 days later. I just told her to cancel the job.I was astounded at her nonchalant attitude, not even any offer to try and check with one of their tech's whether they might break free to do even part of the job. Any responsible, courteous, customer caring company would have at least tried that, or offered some sort of discount on the proposed bid.If they have a Don't Care attitude before the work is even started, imagine how shoddy the actual work must be.

Mike kept me informed from start to finish. There was a delay due to the placement of a carport post and we resolved it painlessly. I am proud of the work done by Dunman Electric and will gladly call Mike for any future electric services.

The team serviced my property multiple times for various work. Always professional quality work and friendly staff. Very much willing to work with constraints of getting the work done while other contractors are also on site. I will be calling them again if additional work is necessary.

Irvin and his crew gave excellent service. We had several light fixtures, switches and outlets that needed to be installed/replaced during a recent remodel. They did such a great job that we will continue to call on them as we tackle more renovations. Very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

Tanner, Ryan, Joe, and DeOndre did a great job on our house. We made up for a lot of past cut corners and left things very nice and safe. At every step, Tanner was informative and honest about the costs entailed, and he kept to his quote. Everyone took time to do things in the least destructive way possible (cutting fewer holes), and they left everything very neat and tidy.

JP and team did an a great job installing our new light fixture! We were nervous to hang this fixture ourselves because of the weight and complexity of the light and are so glad we had it professionally installed. The team worked quickly, arrived within the agreed time window, and left the area spotless. Will be using again for future needs! Thank you!

Despite the late hour, they were on time and took the time to identify a problem that was not immediately apparent. They were professional, courteous and pleasant. Additionally, they followed up as many times as was necessary to assure that the job was complete and that the others players had done what they were required to do.
