Jon Sangre was fantastic. Very happy with the same day service for installing 3 new exhaust fans in our home.

Right after Grayzer installed some recessed lights, the breaker would trip frequently when turning on the lights. Apparently they did not wire them appropriately, causing the circuit to arc i.e. a fire hazard. One light = honest mistake, three out of four = one star.Update: I gave two more stars as Grayzer did contact me to apologize and to find out more information about what happened, which I appreciated. I should mention that they do warranty their work but I just didn’t want them back. However, they offered to reimburse me for the other electrician who fixed the problem so even though it didn't work out the first time with Grayzer, they do seem to go out of their way to make things right.

Bon and Ryan were both professional and very nice. Bon took the time to explain everything that they were doing, and also gave some great suggestions on light fixtures.

When I was calling around to get a quote from various electricians, Dial One was, by far, more responsive than anyone else we called.We had them replace the main panel in a house built in 1960, as well as ground some outlets and install GFIs. With each appointment, everyone arrived promptly and all of the employees were friendly and pleasant.The work was done well and the price came in under the estimate. The electricians were good about cleaning up after they were done and were very respectful of our belongings and property.I would certainly recommend Dial One to anyone looking for an electrician.

They even helped me navigate the added challenge of my circuit breaker not having the specific part available on the market with custom hardware fitted for me. Great customer service, they show when they say they will. The electricians very knowledgeable and know there stuff. The staff in there showroom go out of there way to give the best customer service. I guess that's why they have been the only electrician I've used for the last 10 years and will continue to call them when needed.

Rueben seems very experienced and knowledgeable for a young electrician. He installed two new outlets for us in two particular bathroom tight spots. Another time Rueben effectively worked to troubleshoot another systematic electrical problem. We too won’t hesitate to call upon him again for future electrical work!
