Best Commercial Electrical Services in Austin TX

If you’re a woman reading this, you may know how intimidating it can be to have a “strange” man in your house for work/repairs. But I can tell you right now that not only was our technician super professional, he was also super nice! We joked about our kids and pets, and talked about TV shows - I just really appreciate that he made an effort to make me feel comfortable. The woman who answered the phone when we made out appointment was also extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company, they clearly care about their customers and have hired good people! Thank you, James!

Good ol' Austin Energy decided my meter was failing, pulled it, then decided my connectors were too old and ran off with the meter and a note on the door. So, no power and 20 degree winter mix on the way. Found out about this at 2pm after finding the note. Called AE and they basically said too bad, you gotta call an electrician. Called Dial One since they were near the top of the search results.Dial One sent Tom out quickly, but took about an hr for him to get down to my house. On the way he had me txt him some pictures of the hole that AE left. Dial One got he permits started and Tom went back out to get the parts. He got it all repaired by 5:30 or so... Then was willing to sit around and wait for an inspector and then again for the actual crew who had the meter to put back on. Didn't leave until about 7:30.Austin Energy gets 0 stars for the initial inspector who clearly wasn't thinking about leaving a family to freeze.The AE crew that came out to inspect the second time and reattach the meter get some stars as well. Not their fault and they did their thing quickly and left.Dial One and Tom get 5 stars easy. Did everything I would hope for and more.

Jason arrived at 8:01 for an 8-10 am window and from then on everything went smooth. Wonderful service from the get go on the phone and Jason was a total professional and knowledgeable expert. Additionally he was right under his time estimate and very happy to explain anything in great detail. Best part is everything works like a charm. I would definitely recommend dunman electric.

Gabriel is awesome.. had a last minute electrical issue. He was responsive and showed up in a timely manner and saved the day. Priced very reasonably especially in Austin. The work was clean and efficient and we have not had a problem since we used them. The icing on the cake is the follow up call the next we received from the company and above all they checked on us daily to ensure the service performed was satisfactory. Great hire.

They do really good work and are a nice family run business. They are in Southwest Austin, but will go all over the city. I would highly recommend them if you are wanting to get your job done correctly, and just done once. They don't cut corners and they have been in business for many years. Mike and Debbie are truly experts in the field.

Far and away, Bowne electric has been the best electrical contractor I have used. From large projects to a simple check on an electrical short circuit, they have by far been one of the most professional and prompt contractors that I know of. When they say that they will show up at 0800 on a particular day, they will show up either on the dot or before 0800. They have demonstrated again and again that they hire very competent, professional, and courteous employees. I highly recommend them, and I will continue being a repeat customer should I need any electrical work in the future.

Rueben seems very experienced and knowledgeable for a young electrician. He installed two new outlets for us in two particular bathroom tight spots. Another time Rueben effectively worked to troubleshoot another systematic electrical problem. We too won’t hesitate to call upon him again for future electrical work!

Retiz electric is the best electric company I’ve worked with by far! They have great work ethic and are very trustworthy, while giving us great prices. I would use them again anytime and highly recommend them to anyone.

Definitely recommend Eskew Electric! I needed electricity in the detached art studio I built in the backyard. They were courteous and detailed with their initial site visit and provided a quote promptly. Work looks very professional and without any outstanding issues. I can't say enough about this company. Joshua showed up on time and ready to work with a masks on and I was so appreciated to see that because my family was home. He install two chandeliers and a ceiling fan within a couple hours. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and using them again for more projects.
