Called them on New Years Day with an emergency blockage. Was told that a technician would call back. Never received another call from them. 3+ hours later Roto-Rooter showed up and fixed the problem, but the damage had already been done. Would not recommend Clarke Kent to anyone with an emergency

Everything went great and they were very quick to assist us. Ryan was very professional and got my new unit installed quickly. We are so grateful they were able to get our ac replaced!!! I highly recommend using them for anything you need!

I was very disappointed with the high labor cost. $460 to take care of a pipe repair under the sink. He was in and out within 45 minutes.. I know that I had the option to decline the repair, but after I had waited 6 hours for the plumber to arrive, and given the fact that today was the only day that I’m available this week. I kind felt forced to get the repair done. He did an excellent job, but very expensive $460 for 45 minutes of labor.It is $10.22 per minute.

One company told us we needed a whole new unit after 10 minutes of being at our home. Erick came in and fixed the issue in no time without recommending a new unit at this time.

My equipment was not heating up, so I decided to contact Turbo Plumbing, they scheduled an appointment for me and arrived at my house on time, they explained the procedure they would do and in a short time they managed to fix it. Now my air conditioner works perfectly. I am very grateful and I definitely recommend them!!

This morning my tenants reported loss of power to some lights and outlets in the home. I went over to try to solve the problem and couldn’t figure it out. I called Efficient and luckily they had an opening and within an hour John arrived. He was really nice and professional and communicated really well. Citywide services had a crew next door installing a neighbors new AC unit. I needed a new cleanout installed, saw the truck, and asked for a quote. It turns out the owner Mike G was there, who gave me a quote. They did the work. There was nothing hidden, no surprises, and no additional work. However the bill I received a few days later was 35% more than the quote. The work was satisfactory, but the surprise on the bill after work is done is not a good way to run a business.

I am very pleased with the services that Indigo provided! We had a freak accident where our bathtub wouldn’t shut off so we had to turn off the water to the entire house, mind you, it’s summer and we have sweaty kids who need baths! But Indigo came within the hour of us calling them and quickly fixed our problem! They are definitely our number one contact for the future! Thank you Indigo for your services!
