Abacus provided a thorough diagnosis of our HVAC system and gave a variety of bids for repair or replacement. (Note that the diagnosis costs $100.) Their bid for a new system to replace the 21-year-old existing one was the best of three companies which we contacted. They installed it on the next business day and did a complimentary cleaning of all our vents and ducts. The two technicians, Danny and Marco, were skilled, professional, and efficient. The Lennox system which they installed is rated slightly higher than Trane and Carrier. I would definitely recommend this company.

Service was excellent. Arthur and Nathan were both professional and courteous. Arthur thoroughly explained the problem and the repair options.

This evening I had 2 young men from Fox Service Company come to my home to evaluate and remedy a problem with my heating/airconditioning units. First of all, they were very punctual. They were also very helpful and took all the time needed to help me understand my system. They spent 1 1/2 lhours evaluating the problem and were able to make adjustments so that my unit works as it should. There was no charge for the srervice call. They were extremely polite and courteous and the whole experience made me thankful I had chosen Fox Service Company to handle my needs.

Great services my bath tub was clogged and they came in to fix my bathroom, amazing plumbing skills and the expertise to explain each step of the repair was on point, they never moved forward without authorization and the equipment for the repairs was very professional as well. Had a NEMA outlet installed by Smart Charge. The team that showed up (Brooks and Robert) was incredibly professional, knowledgable, and efficient. I just pointed out where I wanted the outlet to be, and 4 hours later the job was done. Brooks answered all my questions patiently, even though this is the busiest time. 10/10 would recommend.

Kevin was super professional, very nice, and above all EFFICIENT. The quote was accurate and he and his partner were on time and my kitchen.has never looked better. I had lights installed in my kitchen, and now I am thinking about the rest of the house.
