Amazing group of people, Cole the tech assigned to our house project did a great job at troubleshooting and isolating the problem. Fixed it as quickly and as accurately as he could, great job Cole!Cole/TruTech could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged me $1,000 or more but thanks to TruTech and especially Cole they did not. I had an emergency last month and called these guys out of the phone book. I have never needed an electrician before, but I was pleased with the urgency they handled my request with. My power went out and they were there within a couple of hours. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them.

Even his customer facing software was great - I was notified of his location as he got closer to my home, I got a clear invoice, and I was able to pay using ApplePay. Had a great experience with AC Electric when dealing with aluminum wiring (we went with the Copalum solution) and replacement of an old electric panel. Their quote was quite a bit lower than the competition (by a few thousand dollars) but that didn't affect the work - their professionalism and work ethic was stellar. Work was performed on-time (only delay was from the city permit for the panel, not under their control). They went above and beyond to fix minor issues not covered in the original scope of work and were a pleasure to work with. Thanks, AC!

Had a great experience with Mr. Sparky. They installed some whole home surge protectors on my primary panel and our AC units. Even answered some questions about smart plugs and switches I had. Super knowledgable and fast. They were able to provide me a quote, do the work, and even provide financing within an hour of their arrival. It was amazing!

I had a bad fuse box and needed a socket replaced. I contacted this local electrician who arrived at my house within an hour. They replaced it in no time and also fixed the other issues I had with my breaker which was very helpful.

I see a lot of good reviews on there, and I'm sure they're true. I hope my experience was an anomaly, but this review can't come as a surprise for Bryant Electric. I recently bought a house with aluminum wiring and contacted them to fix the switches and outlets to make them safer with aluminum. The technician was told by a supervisor to replace all the outlets with GFCI outlets. I agreed to this, because they are the electricians after all and I have zero electrical training. After the work was done, I ran a simple google search about using GFCIs with aluminum wiring and found that it was a completely inappropriate solution. I contacted Bryant and they admitted to the mistake and blamed it on a poorly qualified supervisor. They had to come out a second day and fix their mistake, but if it wasn't for me double checking their work, the error would have gone unnoticed. The sad part about it is that I still do not feel 100% confident in the work that was done given all the mistakes, but I cannot afford to have another electrician double check their work. I'm giving them 2 stars because they were punctual, friendly, and communicative, but I really would have just preferred the job be done correctly in the first place.

Excellent service all the way around. Steven was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He was quick to provide a quote, explained the work clearly, and his price was reasonable. He did a great job in completing the work. He arrived on time, worked hard and was able to finish everything we needed in one day. We will definitely be our go-to guy for all electrical work we need done in the future.

Had them come out twice, once for a faulty dryer breaker and then a second time to install new outlets by toilets for bidets. They did a phenomenal job and took care of the work quickly and efficiently. They also came out on short notice pretty soon after the initial calls. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
