Our technician was very thorough and professional throughout his time working at our house. They gave a fair estimate, much lower than some of their competition! Also, there is no fee for them to come out and give an estimate which is less common than you would think. I will be using Mr Electric for all my electrical needs from here on out!

We called Max Electric to help with a buggy electrical issue. The electrician showed up exactly on time, 30 minutes after it was scheduled. It was EXTREMELY bad weather that morning and when I called them, they offered to delay the service call for 30 minutes. That showed me that they are flexible and will work with a client under under unusual circumstances.The electrician surveyed the situation and while in the attic, he did a mental map of the wiring. He then assessed the problem and solved it with SMARTS, not PARTS! He fixed it, not by throwing parts at the problem but by a systematic diagnosis. The mental map of the wiring layout gave him an indication of what to expect inside the house.Repositioning a couple of wires at a wall switch and outlet solved the problem.1) On time.2) Smarts, not Parts!3) Professional, courteous.4) Very efficient use of his time.5) Cost effective.Max Electrical is on my phone for any future needs. Its one of those I home I never need them, but if I do, they are it.

I have used Molitor Electric in the past and I am always happy with their work and their professionalism. This time I had them upgrade a bunch of light fixtures, install a gorgeous ceiling fan in my livingroom and best of all Dan installed a new switched outlet so that I could string bulb lights across my new deck, completing the look to my outdoor space. After having a nightmare of a time with Precision Heating and Air, and going back and forth with them for over 2 weeks trying to get them to fix our AC, I finally gave up and called Abacus and I am so glad I did! They were able to send someone out within 24 hours. Our technician Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and polite. It took him about an hour to fix the issue. I wish I would have called them two weeks ago when our AC went out! We will definitely be calling them in the future for any other MEP needs for our home!

Responded to my issue with professionalism. Clearly broke down the issue with the lighting fixture and wiring. They made the repairs immediately and resolved my issues. I felt they did a great job educating me on what caused the problem. I would recommend them. They were also the most reasonable I found when checking for quotes on service calls.

Did the job (gas bonding) quickly and efficiently, and answered questions I had. Great service from start to finish from company. Prices were inline with other quotes (5 other providers).

Be very careful when you pay a prior payment because they put a small words with “non-refundable” at the bottom of the invoice. They did not work for me and not cooperative to refund even they said they they could refund. We are under dispute about this matter.

Ken and Wayne were out yesterday to fix a malfunctioning kitchen light. The problem was found quickly and corrected. They have been here before and greeted me with cordial good to see you again and also told me to say hello to my husband and happy bday to my granddaughters!
