An electrician I had previously used didn't return my calls and another one told me they were booked out till August and had stopped scheduling new work. Max Electrical asked me for more information and then was able to squeeze me in the same day that I contacted them to bury an electrical line from an AC unit to the electrical panel. The electrician stayed until 7:00PM to complete the job. Highly recommended.

Bon's team of Caleb, Ryan, Danny, and Cole were all top-notch. I would definitely hire them again. They replaced my main and sub-panel, grounded the system, and replaced all switches and plugs in the entire house - in just 2 days! (Older house, many items were out of code or unsafe/installed incorrectly). The team was very respectful of our home and my special requests. The team was prompt, clean, extremely knowledgeable, fast, with an eye for fit and finish. The project turned out great - I would hire Bon and his team again without hesitation!

Almost got run over by their branded truck and then the truck proceeded to tailgate numerous other vehicles once it passed me. Super unprofessional and reckless and will never use this for this company for this reason.

Dial One helped us out with several electrical repairs recently and did a great job. The electrician (Moses) was prompt and friendly. He found the problems with our outlets and switches, fixed them, and even fixed our disposer when it stopped working. Highly recommend them!!

They do really good work and are a nice family run business. They are in Southwest Austin, but will go all over the city. I would highly recommend them if you are wanting to get your job done correctly, and just done once. They don't cut corners and they have been in business for many years. We were so impressed by the prompt and outstanding service from Bert at Shipley Electric. We were in the middle of a countertop install on a Friday afternoon and needed an electrician to assist with a grounded power cooktop.Bert was able to work us in and is the only reason our countertop job could be finished without having to wait until after the weekend. He returned to reconnect the stove and also remove an outlet on another wall. Highly recommend Shipley Electric. Exceptional!!
