I would caution anyone regarding using the services of Mr. Electric. I needed light bulbs changed on two high (15ft.) ceiling hanging lights in my entry way and over my stairs. The technician (very nice) after looking over the situation, gave me a quote of nearly $700. $550 to use two ladders. I course I said no. So my son-in-law and I looked over the same situation, and used my own little giant ladder and in 30 min. safely changed out 6 light bulbs at a cost under $30.

MALCO responded to a short notice change in schedule of my concrete contractor, who wanted to pour foundation for my outdoor Swim Spa 2 weeks earlier than originally planned. MALCO was the only co. willing to bid at such short notice for running the needed electrical supply to the planned Swim Spa location.Despite the short notice, MALCO's price was competitive with the original Electrician who was not able to accommodate the charge of schedule.The primary work scope (running the electrical supply in prepared trench) was completed on time and very professionally.A month after the concrete was poured,MALCO returned to fit the needed GFCI and secure the local Swim Spa disconnect to the edge of the cured concrete slab.Unfortunately, MALCO had great difficulty in securing the planned GFCI breaker as the manufacturer of the style required to match my main electrical panel was not able to quote a firm delivery date. This required a change of scope and a third visit 3 months later, after the Swim Spa arrived, to complete the installation and hook- up of the Swim Spa.Throughout this project MALCO kept me informed and was very professional in the way their Electricians completed the work!

Gabriel showed up on time, cared about the details to make sure the switches looked good, and the results were perfect. Even his customer facing software was great - I was notified of his location as he got closer to my home, I got a clear invoice, and I was able to pay using ApplePay. Overall a great experience; I'd hire him again the next time I need an electrician.

Great customer service, they show when they say they will. The electricians very knowledgeable and know there stuff. The staff in there showroom go out of there way to give the best customer service. I guess that's why they have been the only electrician I've used for the last 10 years and will continue to call them when needed.

We were so impressed by the prompt and outstanding service from Bert at Shipley Electric. We were in the middle of a countertop install on a Friday afternoon and needed an electrician to assist with a grounded power cooktop.Bert was able to work us in and is the only reason our countertop job could be finished without having to wait until after the weekend. He returned to reconnect the stove and also remove an outlet on another wall. Highly recommend Shipley Electric. Exceptional!!

Eddie was wonderful. I would use him again if I need anything more done. He installed a new 40 gallon water heater tank & updated everything so my house is in code now. I am very satisfied with his work. He cleaned everything up before he left.

Steve is an absolute professional. He did under cabinet lighting in our kitchen remodel, and then while he was here installed new smoke detectors throughout the house.Steve helped us pick out good brands of products, then let us pick them up to save a little money. He does good work, is careful about cleaning up after himself, and took great care to protect our floor and new counters. His price was very fair...exactly what he quoted for the work.

The Installers are decent tradesman but their Manager has serious anger issues. Stacey is known for yelling and disrespecting Customers and in-turn rubs off on the Installers creating a hostile work environment. Don't expect customer service or civil treatment from the Management regardless of how big the contract is, there are many other companies that know how to provide customer service, definitely NOT Epic.

We had such a great experience with Aaron and bedwell electric. We an electrical outlet issue that really needed to be fixed. It was easy to get him over, diagnosed the problem, now the outlet works great and we’ve had no further issues. Aaron also was priced much better than a lot of the other companies we’ve used. Can’t recommend his company enough.
