American Electric has given me outstanding service from the start of a bid to the conclusion of the job. All employess were respectful, on-time, polite, detailed, reliable orgainized, ready to complete work when called upon. After completion of the job I only had two items on the punch list which was not something American Electric did. My overall impression of the way the company handled themselves on a Government contract was very impressive. The reputation of the company with previous contractors on government work on military facilities was outstanding along with the Better Business review of outstanding made my decision of contacting them a very good choice. I would recommend American Electric, owner Mike Murphy for any electrical job of any sort. Thanks for your outstanding service.....

These guys went way above and beyond! They showed up on a Saturday and did not shy away from helping me trouble shoot locating a fishtape stuck in a conduit. Doug was more than professional! This was a hard job and he rose to the occasion. They showed up on time. He has a great electrical mind. Not only do I highly recommend but i would used them again in a heartbeat!

I was very impressed with the team from Munson & Bryan. I used them for residential work and they completed quite a few items in a short period of time. Prior to work being completed Joe came out and walked the property to understand my requests. The crew of 3 showed up on time and worked within my scheduling constraints. They were professional. They were knowledgeable and successful troubleshooting issues in my 80+ year old home. They were respectful of my home: they all took their shoes off without being asked! For the work they did and the time required (none of it was padded, these guys really worked) I found the cost very fair. I highly recommend them and as I am responsible for Facilities at my job, I will use them for commercial work as well. Well done!

Nick was able to help me restore the power to my dock/boat lift for a very reasonable cost. He was very professional and clearly explained the issue so I could understand it. He was able to identify and fix the issue very quickly when other electricians were unable to. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone and I would call him for any and all electrical issues in the future. Great, timely communication and very high quality and professional service. I am very thankful for Hatchett Electrical!

Dangerous driving and rude workers

Had a great experience with Matt. He was punctual and charged hourly. Let us know his rate up front and worked for the full time we were able to pay for and told us he could provide estimates for the things we just wanted to improve but that weren't critical or urgent. Super nice guy.

Applied for a position with this fraudulent co. and from the onset the VP of Operations Matt L.) was condescending and offensive, yet contacted me and continued to contact me to interview. When I arrived the receptionist was even more rude and offensive unnecessarily, immediately upon simply introducing myself. This company only have 5 reviews with a rating of 2.6 with NO DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WORK OR SERVICES THEY PERFORMED ( for the past 3 years). Yet they 'appear' to be a large company when they may be just a recruiting firm presenting themselves as an electrically co.. This company is a fraud and operates discriminately. Do not interview with this company it is NOT a real company.
