Best Safety Inspection in Jacksonville FL

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from American Electrical. Lynnell Williams and Caleb called prior to my appointment time and asked if they could come earlier than anticipated. They installed 2 ceiling fans - they were fast and friendly. Will definitely recommend and refer American Electrical Contracting, Inc.

Called for service. They could not come out for two days . Was told last night they would be here this morning I make time out of my schedule to make sure I am available and then no show. I call to find out what is going on I am told my service is not going to happen until this evening with no reason other than something more important came up which tells me my business is not important no call and they lady on the phone really didn't seem concerned. I canceled my new appointment they made without checking with me. What a joke.

Just want to say it's not everyday you have electrical issues at home. So, that being said, I recently had lightening strike my home. I wasn't sure who to call, when I Googled electricians in Jacksonville Mister Sparky was one of the leading companies. The reviews were great and it's name is catchy. I called them and Karen answered my call. She was very nice on the phone and scheduled me an appointment for the same day. The technician came out, fixed my problem and hooked me up with whole home surge protection.Thanks Mister Sparky, you will be our go to electrician from now on.

We needed a home safety inspection on an investment property we bought from afar. We were not familiar with the process and were happy with Bolt Electric's explanation via e-mail regarding, not only their price, but the entire process, start to finish. The level of communication is fantastic! E-mails, texts and phone calls to ensure the best service! We needed a kitchen pendant light replaced. We called another electrician we had used in the past and they quoted over $700 to do the job. That seemed unreasonably high for what should be a relatively simple job. We called NH and they sent someone out the next day. He removed the old light and installed the new one. The original quote was for about $200 but they ended up needing to replace the dimmer so it wound up being around $300. We are very happy with the work and the price. We will call NH the next time we need an electrician.

Veterans know how to get things done. When your at war, there is no waiting on amazon. Called many electric companies and we were waiting on parts for a few weeks. Being a veteran I decided to call a veteran owned company Burbank electic. The company was able to get power back on for a condo building same day. I have them in my contact list now. Very professional

Excellent service

Great job by Dependent Electric on both the LED lighting project on my office building, as well as outlet and switch installation/relocations at my new house. Got outlets into areas another electrician said couldn't be done without cutting drywall. They cleaned up after the job and left it like it was always there. Bryan and his team are great.

The best company I've worked for in my life.

Not only was Levi knowledgeable and professional as he tested my electrical system for safety but he took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and going the extra mile to check and replace a switch in my bathroom that he discovered was cracked. It was obvious he really cared. His responses were reassuring. When he left I thought “what a good experience.”
Also I have to add that the dispatcher Ed who called me initially to set up the appointment the day before was well-spoken intelligent and personable.
An overall good experience I appreciated. Would highly recommend this this company.

Great crew, professional and friendly.

Electrician came out to look at a pool breaker that kept tripping. He did NOTHING for the first 30 minutes, while he watched the pool run, waiting for the breaker to trip. After 2 hours (most of which was on the phone with his supervisor), he determined I needed a MAJOR repair, which he could not give me an estimate for, then tried to bill me for 2.5 hours. I had another electrician come out to look at the problem and it was fixed within 20 minutes.

No show.

The office staff was very polite, and professional. They were able to me scheduled next day. I was so happy I wasn't expected to have someone to come out so quickly. I will have them come out to do more work at my house and will tell my neighbors to do tbe same. Best customer service. Thank you Hart Electric
