They are very professional and go out of their way to take care of us - even when I call first thing in the morning and they are booked solid. These folks were great! Candace in the office is a doll. Got my problem solved very quickly, extremely reasonable prices. Their worker even got hurt during my repair and they made sure another crew took over right away to get the power back on! A+ customer service which is seriously rare these days. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. The technician was polite kind and very knowledgeable. He answered questions about other repairs that I thought would be needed in the future, and was honest in explaining a repair that could have cost me hundreds but turned out to be a minor problem that was fixed in minutes.

NH Electric exceeded my expectations. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He worked efficiently and took away the empty ceiling fan box and other debris. The estimate was reasonable and well worth the cost of a professional electrician. I've given a TON of business to Crawford, despite the poor service and attitude I've experienced with one of their employees who goes by the name of Skyler. His arrogance and tendency to try to overcharge is offensive. He quoted me $1800 for a job to hang lights in my kitchen, most likely because he thought they didn't charge enough for my living room chandelier. Then the owner ends up quoting $1000 cheaper, so obviously Skyler had some agenda there. I was able to get past the disappointment I experienced with Skyler by requesting to not work with him again. I wanted to have two motion lights installed, which were done and had to be adjusted another day, which is fine. The other work was to have a Ring doorbell installed. The electrician Mark was fumbling on how to get this done and was supposed to get back to me with an update on what he needed. I never heard back from anyone at Crawford for two weeks. I called the receptionist and she said she would call Mark and call me right back. I never heard from her, called back and encountered an attitude from her and she seemed pretty happy when I mentioned I'd be going to another service provider. I would have to say the main reason for writing this review, was due to how poorly the receptionist handled my situation and with just a I don't care attitude and seemed annoyed with me when I questioned why I didn't hear back from anyone in over two weeks. I've given Crawford a lot of business. Very disappointing.

Great work environment.

Seems like they don't care who they put behind their work vans if they're smoking out the van full of weed or going up to the pawn shop in the middle of the day but the owner gets mad when you point out there are better, more professional options. Don't waste your time reaching out to the company and just call the police so their work vans can be seized. I wish the owner would had responded to my phone call better than me having to come on here to make my point on his Google Review. Owner seems like the angry, vindictive type who just cares about an imaginary amount of stars when he should have just as much passion about managing his people. So what if you've been around for so long it can all go away from poor management which it seems this business has a culture of poor everything from poor work ethic and all the way up to poor supervision of employees. This is an ambulance chaser's wet dream with this company where a work van comes into a small parking lot at over 10mph and tries to squeeze between multiple vehicles and a vehicle backing up, all just to pawn a DVD player for $10. Are your employees that hard up for $10 or just in a rush to spend that $10?

My husband had them come out for an estimate over two weeks ago, which they did. They said they’d follow up and provide the estimate. Nothing. We followed up and no response. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

Met Ray Thayer as we needed some home warranty work done. Power went out on several outlets, another company came out and could not fix the problem. Ray Thayer was then dispatched, able to diagnose the issue and find the fault. I would highly recommend giving Thayer Electircal a call if you need service.

Very patient and detailed. They walked me through my new construction build and showed me where every plug, outlet and fixture would be placed. Very professional. Would highly recommend!
