I called to inquire about some minor electrical repairs for my rental property. I provided them with my contact and billing info. We agreed payment could be made by check on the day of service. 2 hours later they called me and said they need the address of my personal residence so that they can come after me if the check bounces. I’m a landlord and use a PO Box for my business. I gave them the PO Box address and contact information. I explained to them that my personal residence is confidential. Then they declined the job. I’ve been a landlord for 12 years and, until now, never had a contractor pre-judge and treat me like a thief. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

I had Scott and James show up to the house on the exact scheduled time to install a Tesla wall charger. They were friendly, courteous and willingly answered any questions. Liked them well enough to schedule another appointment for a few other small projects.

I needed electrical work done for my office and home; the generator was causing some issues. Dave was fabulous, Penny was so professional and her apprentice (no judgement, I can't recall his name :'(... ) was great. All took the time to listen and make the repairs quickly and personality wise were a pleasure. Looking forward to working with them in the future on more projects. Arrived on time and very professional. I got 3 quotes and they weren’t the cheapest however they had the higher quality products and took the time to explain my project in detail. After adding 4 lights to my ceiling the teck did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

I was very impressed with the team from Munson & Bryan. I used them for residential work and they completed quite a few items in a short period of time. Prior to work being completed Joe came out and walked the property to understand my requests. The crew of 3 showed up on time and worked within my scheduling constraints. They were professional. They were knowledgeable and successful troubleshooting issues in my 80+ year old home. They were respectful of my home: they all took their shoes off without being asked! For the work they did and the time required (none of it was padded, these guys really worked) I found the cost very fair. I highly recommend them and as I am responsible for Facilities at my job, I will use them for commercial work as well. Well done!

Had an intermittent problem in my meter box which caused lots of screwy problems. They were working with me to troubleshoot the problem when JEA found it (the second JEA guy, the first one said everything in the meter box was fine).They installed a new meter box for me the very next day. As a 40 year electrical engineer I very much appreciate competent capable electricians. Thanks very much guys.

Met Ray Thayer as we needed some home warranty work done. Power went out on several outlets, another company came out and could not fix the problem. Ray Thayer was then dispatched, able to diagnose the issue and find the fault. I would highly recommend giving Thayer Electircal a call if you need service.
