American Electrical surpassed my expectations! Our home was struck by lightning and suffered a multitude of electrical damage. Wesley was quick to identify breaker panel damage and ground wiring in need of repair. Wesley is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail the damage he found and the reasons for repair! 5 stars. Will be calling them again for all future electrical needs!

Five star service, top notch. They arrived when they said they would; they acted and were dressed professionally, they listened as I explained my specific needs, and the electricians gave recommendations which were reasonable and improved upon what I had asked for (ultimately increasing my overall satisfaction with their end result). The team of two worked a full 8-hour shift and lastly (and most important to most) I was charged exactly what I was told and expected to pay. I was happy to have professionals that worked efficiently, and knew what they were doing. I will be hiring them again on another job.

With that said, people who hire them need to listen to their recommendations (they are trying to save you money). For starters, when they say to buy the stuff you want installed ahead of time; do it. They time it takes them to go get it if they don't have it in their truck is $$$/hour they aren't actively working on your job/needs. They day they arrived, I stayed home and made several runs to Home Depot to get parts. I got exactly what I wanted, and they were able to keep working while I went to the store. As a licensed Mechanical PE (Professional Engineer), I'd be happy to have them on any job site I was engineer on.

Excellent service! We used them to replace some breakers to match up a new ac system we just purchased. The technician was very polite & he worked quickly and efficiently! Easy company to work with!

I haven't found any great electricians in Jacksonville, but they've been the least problematic.

Great place to work and still one of the lowest rates in the city. Family owned and they treat you like family.

We had an emergency our breakers kept going off to our lights and sump pump and we’re afraid of fire. They sent out an electrician that afternoon which was just in the nick of time before the storms. The electrician fixed our problem professionally.

Is communication and honesty important to you? Don’t use Munson & Bryant Electric if your answer is yes. It is common knowledge that building and remodeling professionals are experiencing a labor shortage. But every other sub working in my home can seem to communicate and work out a time to do what they promised. BEWARE Munson & Bryant

Nick was able to help me restore the power to my dock/boat lift for a very reasonable cost. He was very professional and clearly explained the issue so I could understand it. He was able to identify and fix the issue very quickly when other electricians were unable to. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone and I would call him for any and all electrical issues in the future. Great, timely communication and very high quality and professional service. Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. I will certainly call All American Electrical whenever I need any electric services! - Adam

The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.

Great to work with, easy to communicate with, and the whole team was professional from my first call. You can tell they are a great place to work, and it shows in their performance.

Although all contractors are very busy, when I spoke with Phil by phone, I explained what we needed. Another electrician had been here a few days earlier to explore why a GFI circuit was not working. He said that we would have to pull a new line from the main circuit box to the GFI outlet in the upper master bath. That would cost thousands of dollars. In addition, the drywall repair and painting would be hundreds of dollars more.
Phil had an electrician here the next day to investigate. He found that we could tap into a nearby outlet. The following day, he returned with another electrician to do only minimal demolition, and fix the problem. The cost? Less than $400!!!
Our drywall/painter will be here this week, to make it as good as new.
Phil and the electricians were timely, courteous, professional, helpful and tidy in their work.
They are now our go-to electricians.

I can't speak the the work, but the unprofessional nature was horrific. He was scheduled to come restore power on Wednesday, he reschedule late night Tuesday for Thursday. Then he completed cancelled the appointment late night Wednesday. Had he just been straight forward and professional, I would have happily found someone else. However, I am still without power in my home office and laundry room. I highly recommend finding a better reliable electrician.

Someone driving your company vehicle was a very rude driver. Blocking the road then raising there middle finger, all unprovoked. This person is giving your company a bad name. You probably know who it was. This guy was looking for problems. I know I will never call Hinson for anything.

Beware! Scheduled service a full week in advance- technician said they were so overloaded it would take a week to get me scheduled in. Did not arrive at scheduled time between 8:30am-12:30pm. Tried calling several time and went to voicemail- but VM was not set up to leave a message. Texted the number that was provided but not response. Serious customer service issues, recommend you look elsewhere for electric repair.
