Best New Commercial in Jacksonville FL

I contracted w/American Electrical Contracting last summer to install a whole house generator. I recently scheduled my annual generator inspection. I unfortunately had another contractor accidentally bump the kill switch on the back of the unit a couple weeks ago, which forced us to bump up the annual inspection a month earlier opposed to having two service calls or having the unit down! Veronica in the office, as well as Ethan, the tech that serviced the generator could not have been any more helpful! I continue to be impressed at how professional, courteous and helpful everyone at AEC are! The way it supposed to be! Kudos AEC, keep up the good work, and I’ll keep telling everyone how great you are!

The quality of service and professionalism was outstanding. We had five ceiling fans installed, a chandelier replaced and two dimmer plates installed. An estimate was given to me by phone and confirmed by email. The skill and work by Paul and Chris was exceptional. They started on time and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. We’ve used Advanced Electric of North Florida since 2013 and highly recommend them.

Empire Electric ran wiring for a TV installation and fixed an electrical issue (which I threw in at the last minute). Jeremy and Diego were knowledgeable, professional and patient with the last minute request. They will be my electricians going forward!

Hired Dependent Electric at the recommendation of my local irrigation installer. I needed an additional outlet in my garage, and an external outlet ran to the far side of my home for a new irrigation pump. They came out and gave me a great quote, asked all the right questions and were clearly knowledgeable about what they do. On install day, were here on time, happy to work (even in incredible heat) and finished the job with everything working as it should. Price was fair (I'm not hiring the cheapest electrician, that's rolling the dice). They also arranged for the inspector to come by, and filed the paperwork! Would HIGHLY recommend and would call them again without a second thought. Thank you!

I called Schumann Electric twice for 2 different orders that we had pending. 1.) was to fix a breaker for one of our apartment buildings that went out. I spoke with Tony Carta and he sent out an electrician a few days after in which they charge JUST FOR THE VISIT ALONE without fixing the problem. The technician explained the problem with the breaker and said he needed to order parts to replace it and I asked for a quote to then pay for the service. I never received any quotes or invoices of any kind so that was left in the air. 2.) One of my tenants had an issue with her heater going out as soon as she turned on the stove. She called the city in hopes that the issue would be resolved faster but it delayed the process of us ordering the new breaker and replacing it so we had to resort to calling Schumann once more and the same situation they sent an electrician to see the issue and he explained that we needed to replace the outside breaker. Mind you i explained to them that we are on a time constraint because my tenant did not have any heat in her unit and once she tried to crank it on she basically could not cook. Tony Carta was the one attending all of the calls. Tony did not have a sense of urgency for my situation and i have yet to receive any invoices or quotes from both of those situations. I kept calling Tony to see what was status on the Breaker and he told me I hope you don't call me everyday just to see if the breaker came in. Which was extremely rude because I'm doing my job and making sure i get the work done since they haven't checked back with the previous issue so it was only right I try to get the situation handled and just so i can keep my tenant updated. All in all this company is absolutely TERRIBLE AND EXTREMELY RUDE TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS. TONY CARTA WAS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL IN THE WHOLE PROCESS. Once i got my situation fixed Tony called me about 5 days later to tell me that he finally got the part in and i told him that he took too long and we resorted to someone else fixing the breaker and replacing it to which he said to me Do not ever call me again and have fun taking care of those outstanding invoices. Tony Carta is very rude and i recommend that you contract another company because they probably wont do the work unless you call them 24/7. ABSOLUTELY GOD AWFUL COMPANY

Would recommend Spectrum Wireworks for any electrical needs. They were direct, honest, incredibly fast, and made sure my roughly 100 year old house had completely updated and legal electrical service.

Nick was able to help me restore the power to my dock/boat lift for a very reasonable cost. He was very professional and clearly explained the issue so I could understand it. He was able to identify and fix the issue very quickly when other electricians were unable to. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone and I would call him for any and all electrical issues in the future. Great, timely communication and very high quality and professional service. Mr. Thayer came out and fixed our electrical systems. The job for him was effortless, knowledgeable, very customer service orientated, explained the problems, just Awesome.

Kwick Lights did a great job. Vadim was very knowledgeable. Daisy stayed late on a Friday night to make sure I got the repair report that we needed. I recommend that you give them a call.
