Very impressed with the work of Steve and Brett in quickly tracking down the mysterious problems we were having with several electrical outlets throughout our home. They discovered that each had a different cause and then meticulously fixed each and every one. Bravo! Highly recommend them if you've got electrical issues in your home. Don't wait!

Technicians were great, however, I was shocked looking at the cost being very high for the type of job performed. They charged me for 3 hours of labor included the time of departure to the house from their location. Typically service time starts from.time of starting the work, it doesn't include driving time. There was even a delay of 10 minutes from the community gate to get to the house. The scheduling center were not clearly communicating the costs and how they were determined.

I had recess lighting install in my kitchen family room and master bedroom. The electricians were Cole and Camden.they were outstanding. They did a fantastic job. These young men Check all the boxes f professional, knowledgeable, Clean as they were working..they took out the time to answer question that I had. Misty Sparky is a first class company.the prices are great outstanding warranty. I will be recommending Cole and Camden. And Mr. SPARKY to all my family and friends.thanks again .

The work got done, but the experience was strange. The first electrician showed up, did a walk through and wrote up an estimate, was very professional. I signed the estimate and scheduled, then the electrician showed up, didn't seem to have any info what the job was, I had to show him. There was a GFCI to be installed, it was on the estimate but the electrician didn't seem to know anything about it, completed work and left (job done). The GFCI was missed. I called and NH sent him back the next business day to install the GFCI - the electrician then asked if an inspection was going to be done, I told him yes, and he wanted to know if all the work would be inspected or just the GFCI. Why would that matter? Shouldn't all the work be done up to inspection standards? After the job was completed (the second time) I received some emails with 'customer's signature' for commencement of work and acceptance of work done - I didn't sign those forms. The electrician didn't have any forms with him for me to sign and nothing that could have taken an electronic signature. It was all very odd. The inspection hasn't happened yet, and I'm hoping there are no problems, but it makes me reluctant to use the service again.

Quick, punctual, and friendly. The best electrical company I have worked with so far. I plan on using Jose for future projects. Recommend.

Super nice company, timely, and thorough! It's rare to find a 5 star. I think they are a bit pricey, but I've had bad experiences with other electricians and they were cheaper....so you do get what you pay for. The phone person is super pleasant and Jerry, our technician, was patient with all my questions and chatter lol. And polite. Super nice job, thank you!

I researched via google and found this company for a business repair. I called and the operator informed me that what I needed was not something they offered. So, I went back to google, researched and I found that RandR Electric did complete the work, so I called the number from the Google website, which led me back to Snyder (they're partners Snyder). I was informed by the lady again that they do not offer that service, so I advised her that Snyder advertises on Google that they do offer the specific service along with RandR offering it. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes, then picked back up and stated she was transferring me to someone else who could assist, then the call disconnected. I called back and it kept going to the automated recording then when someone went to answer it disconnected again. I attempted to call several more times with the same outcome. I then called from my cell phone, and she answered again, no disconnection, I informed her I was disconnected, and she said she was going to transfer me again.... As soon as she placed me on hold it disconnected again. This is a pain to be completely honest. First the employee had no clue of the services you all offer then for it to continually disconnect. This should be fixed; it could cost you a lot of business.

Very good and honest company. Needed some rewiring behind my panel box for insurance purposes and they did a quick a perfect job. Their pricing was also fair. After wall the work was done, they even cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was back to the way it was. If you live in the Murray Hill, Avondale, or Riverside area, choose these guys!

New to Florida, Somehow managed to shut down all the electricity in my house after hours-Called KO electric-where he answered the phone proceeded to FaceTime me and walk me through how to get it turned back on! No charge, did not make fun of me because I was an idiot, very professional, also told me he could squeeze me in the next day if needed!Will definitely be calling them for all my Electrical issues!!

Terrific experience from initial phone call to completion of work. Friendly AND professional. Just nice folks who do excellent work for a reasonable price. I'm glad I found them.

Matt was quick and squeezed us in at the end of the day the day we spoke. Had some wiring that needed to be brought up to code to close on our sale.

Called for service on July 4.

It's July 6, and yet no one has found time to return my call.

Well, if they can't be bothered calling ME back, I can't be bothered hiring THEM. I have taken my business elsewhere, and am letting others know that they don't like to be disturbed by phone calls.
