Best Home Safety Inspection in Jacksonville FL

I was looking for a good electrician so called American Electrical. Avery and Matt came out and diagnosed my issue in an efficient and professional manner. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and I will certainly call them again when I need an electrician. Thank you American Electrical!

Great customer service, did everything we asked. Installed different electrical lights inside and outside, also we bought the wrong outside lights, the guy's said no problem, and we went back to the store and got the correct fixtures. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any electric equipment installed and I will be using them again.

I had the pleasure of meeting most of the team with my unique generator set up. Danny was first on site to evaluate our electrical panel. Tim followed to make sure Danny's recommendation would work. Keith and Will arrived to complete the work and all just a couple days before the storm!

John Keaton from Elite Electrical came to work at our house this morning. He arrived a little bit early, so we didn’t have to wait. He reviewed all the tasks with us and we showed him where things were. He was respectful and courteous, and he clearly knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and took care of everything we needed, including replacing outlets, repairing junction box wiring, and bringing our electrical panel to code. Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. Beware! Scheduled service a full week in advance- technician said they were so overloaded it would take a week to get me scheduled in. Did not arrive at scheduled time between 8:30am-12:30pm. Tried calling several time and went to voicemail- but VM was not set up to leave a message. Texted the number that was provided but not response. Serious customer service issues, recommend you look elsewhere for electric repair.
