Dorian and Mike took great care of our electrical needs. I would definitely recommend their expertise. Very friendly and also knowledgable about information I needed to run my generator. More than eager to do what was needed to get the job done. 5 STARS!

James and Ian were great! We asked them to do all kinds of installations. They were responsive, knowledgeable, accommodating to all our requests, pleasant and helpful. They paid attention to detail, made sure everything was done properly, and cleaned up after each task was complete. I would highly recommend them! Good team!

Not enjoying my experience with this business so far. I had two men come out last week and look around my house for two hours, just to be able to tell me they have a good idea of what the problem is, but they need a tool that is back at the office and someone will reach out to me Monday to come out and finish the repairs. After no word on Monday and the majority of Tuesday I called shortly before 4 on Tuesday and was told by their answering service the office was closed, despite their website and Google page stating they are open until 5. I was told my message would be passed along and I'd receive a call today. I waited until 3 and again got no call. I called and once more got the answering service, who told me the office closes at 3. So far I have paid $300 to be told they think they know what the problem is and have had more conversations with their answering service than the actual company.

if you need an electrician, do NOT call Thompson Electric whatever you do...

they came out to my home last week & charged me $125 to misdiagnose an issue...
they wanted to come back out & charge me $2,600 to do something that would Not have fixed the issue.....

* I called JEA the next morning & my issue was resolved by JEA within 3 hours of my call to them & JEA charged me nothing to fix it....
I called to let them know the outcome & was told no refund would be given & then was hung up on.
no refund given by Thompson Electric for misdiagnosing the issue...

Burbank Electric is the best of the best. I can not say enough about the quality of the work and professionalism. Five stars are not enough, in my opinion! If you are looking for an electrician look no further.

Did two projects for me (main panel replacements), one turned out well and the other was a bit of a train-wreck.

First, if you don't communicate a very specific and detailed request, it is lost, misunderstood and incorrectly priced. What started out as a 200 Amp panel replacement ($1,100.00) and a request to add an automatic cut -off switch for a back up generator at $800.00 blew-up to $3,700.00.

Worse, I kept sending them specifications for a solar inverter that I wanted to install at the same time while re-powering my house. After repeated request for pricing the work, they blew me off, only admitting they were incapable of installing the equipment after the initial job was completed.

To add insult to injury, they forgot to have the work inspected for over two months?
Now I have to hire another company to finish the project. The moral of the story; they are OK at very simple task and their field people are competent. But complex work of any kind is far out of their wheel-house and their office staff is disorganized and questionable.

I could have giving the entire project to another company that was slightly cheaper and qualified to install solar equipment. It will cost me great deal more, pull another permit and have to undo some of the work already completed.

Learn from my mistake.

John Micheal has been my go to HVAC guy for 4 years and helps keep my office and home cool throughout the year. They are always on time with fair pricing.

This company is not professional and doesn't know how to get things done on a time frame .... waste of time and money spend it else where

Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. I will certainly call All American Electrical whenever I need any electric services! - Adam

I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Jessica with their office was amazing as was the gentleman who repaired my grandma's electrical issue. They came out and fixed it the same day which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future. Class act.

The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.

The office staff was very polite, and professional. They were able to me scheduled next day. I was so happy I wasn't expected to have someone to come out so quickly. They invoiced for more than what was approved. Never told us they needed more money. and when we pushed back to stick with the original price, they got really upset and we were unable to partner with them on a solution.
