Great experience - really cared about helping me!

Very disappointed. Had emergency on Saturday. Recommended by a neighbor. Employee came right out but couldn't do the work without a permit. My husband is on oxygen. No power at all. Employee tried to reach owner and his sons to get permit. No return call. Could have had it done sunday. When monday came around I was told I would have to schedule the service for the following week. Really? Wont recommend them to any one

He was great! He installed what I needed for our new jacuzzi. The price was excellent and he was able to perform the work needed so fast!!! The other companies were running at least a month behind but not this guy! I am filling up my jacuzzi as I write this and we are so excited!!!

I had my AC company come out and test my unit and they said it was a power issue from the breaker box. On a Friday morning I figured that getting someone to come out before the weekend would have been out of reach but I was surprised by the speediness and professionalism of Crawford Electric. They not only got me in on Friday but they arrived earlier than anticipated. The tech that arrived was so professional and polite. He found the problem very quickly and solved the issue. Crawford will be on my speed dial for future electrical needs.

Bryan and staff with Dependant Electric have been so great during the wiring of our pool house and panel upgrade. JoLinda was extremely helpful in the permitting process and saved our project, she made the entire process so smooth and calmed our homeowner worries. It a pleasure to write this review for Nick Hatchett of Hatchett Electrical. As an architect I have been around construction for over 35 years. Finding sub-contractors who are skilled in their trade, take pride in their work and dependable is always a delight. Nick recently re-wired our dock and coordinated with our dock builder and boat lift installer for all the electrical and boat lift connections. Nick showed up when he said he would, did quality work at a fair price and followed up to coordinate items needing to be completed. I could not have asked for anything more. I look forward to using Hatchett Electrical on any future electrical work and will certainly recommend him on any future projects we design.

Did two projects for me (main panel replacements), one turned out well and the other was a bit of a train-wreck.

First, if you don't communicate a very specific and detailed request, it is lost, misunderstood and incorrectly priced. What started out as a 200 Amp panel replacement ($1,100.00) and a request to add an automatic cut -off switch for a back up generator at $800.00 blew-up to $3,700.00.

Worse, I kept sending them specifications for a solar inverter that I wanted to install at the same time while re-powering my house. After repeated request for pricing the work, they blew me off, only admitting they were incapable of installing the equipment after the initial job was completed.

To add insult to injury, they forgot to have the work inspected for over two months?
Now I have to hire another company to finish the project. The moral of the story; they are OK at very simple task and their field people are competent. But complex work of any kind is far out of their wheel-house and their office staff is disorganized and questionable.

I could have giving the entire project to another company that was slightly cheaper and qualified to install solar equipment. It will cost me great deal more, pull another permit and have to undo some of the work already completed.

Learn from my mistake.
