Best Commercial Electrical Repairs in Jacksonville FL

Called for service. They could not come out for two days . Was told last night they would be here this morning I make time out of my schedule to make sure I am available and then no show. I call to find out what is going on I am told my service is not going to happen until this evening with no reason other than something more important came up which tells me my business is not important no call and they lady on the phone really didn't seem concerned. I canceled my new appointment they made without checking with me. What a joke.

Excellent customer service in getting me scheduled. The two man crew, Jason & Mike were on time, knocked the work out and were on their way. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I do believe I will be calling back if I have any electrical issues arise.

Brent H and his partner was prompt, professional, clean and very friendly. One of the task they were assigned to do was putting up (2) ceiling fans which had 2 different color blades Before he installed them he asked me which color I wanted. I have never left a review until now. I will use this company again!

No call no show..scheduled for someone to come out for a free estimate over a week in advance to the appt. I called 40 minutes after the four hour appointment window time given, your rep stated the work showed complete on a previous date. Rep stated she was going to call the electrician and call me right back. Never received a return phone call.

Response to Owner's Response: We've received calls from you or another representative from your company asking for me to remove my poor review, rather than getting someone out to do the work that I initially requested. Like we stated on the phone, I'm confused how your electrician just showed up to some random address and did work that didn't match what was on the work order. For one, your rep in the office had to confirm my address on Google Maps before they would schedule the appointment. In addition, she asked specifically what I wanted done and stated the electrician would have to give me and estimate prior to the work being done. This was over three weeks ago...I've already had another company come out who completed the work when scheduled. You made a comment that you know I would go with your company because you had the best prices...even if that was true, I would rather pay a more reliable company a little more to do the work, then to deal with the headache of dealing with yours. If you want better reviews, be more professional and provide better customer service.

Arrived on time and very professional. I got 3 quotes and they weren’t the cheapest however they had the higher quality products and took the time to explain my project in detail. After adding 4 lights to my ceiling the teck did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

Had an Generator switch wired to the panel for emergency use. Very professional from the initial cost estimate to the install. Installation techs were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend

Added gen panel and they used an amateur. Damaged the bricks etc.

Highly recommend Burbank Electric. Called around looking for a company to Install a hook up for my generator in preparation for Hurricane Ian. Every place I called was either too busy or did not have the parts on hand. Saw Burbank Electric in my neighborhood working at a neighbors house and they immediately called me back and told me they would come by when they were done. Parts on hand and done in a less than 2 hrs. Priced well and customer friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent job putting in a generator plug.The two young men very kind and polite. Highly recommend this company too on at least putting me on a schedule. Had four other companies didn't call back for a week. Definitely use ALL SERVICE ELECTRIC again!!!

Outstanding service. Left and came back with the part same day....highly recommended. Luis has fix the motor light and jacuzzi in less than a hour knew the problem and show you every step of the way. You never feel like your getting rob.

I was home, but i dislocated my knee recently so im on crutches, ibasked them to let me know when they were done so i could walk them out. We have owned three houses and never really found an electrician we love. The whole experience with Spectrum was fantastic! Matt and the whole crew were awesome. I called and Matt was able to come out same day to provide a quote. We have been in our home for a year so had a laundry list of items that needed to be fixed and we also had our whole carport turned into an outdoor living space with TV, ceiling fan, lights, etc. It was a two day job and we had two crews and as mentioned above they were all great. They were on time, very friendly and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Spectrum for any of your electrical needs!
