They aren't just great electricians but great communicators. Their customer service is excellent as well. I am extremely pleased that I had Advance Electric work on my home. Before they were here, I experienced inconsistent power issues throughout my house (1960s build - older panels). They recommended I upgrade my panels/breakers and redo the ground connection outside. It sounded like it would help and the estimate seemed very fair. Yesterday they arrived on time and put in a full day to get the job done. They were friendly and they did a fantastic job. The problems I was experiencing (previous to the work being done) have vanished.

Jesse was above and beyond this homeowner’s dreams: on time, professional, and careful. He is an attentive listener, knowledgeable (and glad to explain and share his knowledge). He had recommendations for less hot and cheaper to run track and under cabinet bulbs and fixtures, but did not push me to replace them. He is a pure delight!

On Thanksgiving day, they arrived out and corrected a spraying shower valve. These days, it's hard to find a solid company that will do quality task in a hurry. I am grateful they were able to get here and repair this in a hurry.

They came out to hook up a desiccant needed to dry out our crawl space. When they connected the desiccant, they disconnected our central air without our permission or knowledge. And did not re-connect our central air until the following day. The unit has not worked since they disconnected it.
