Great service and kind people! Didn't cost a fortune and our chandelier looks great.

I contacted Advanced Electric (AE) a few weeks ago to get an estimate on a few odd jobs, Installing a new entryway chandelier, running new lines to my office, removing a satellite dish and it's cables, and putting in a new light box. First estimate looked great, but we wanted to get a different light for the entryway and put the originally planned light in a different room. I also needed to get some new hardware for the install; I had a few questions about this and AE very patiently answered them all.

New estimate also looked great and we scheduled for a few weeks out. Day of, Technicians arrived on time; we did a quick walkthrough of the jobs, answered a few questions, and they got to work. Throughout the day I received updates as jobs were completed so I could verify everything was the way I wanted it. Masks were worn and social distancing was observed.

Very happy with the level of service and pricing. AE will be my first choice if I have a job they can do in the future.

Had some issues with my AC unit and needed to get a thorough assessment of what was needed to resolve this. The tech was onsite and did several tests and went the extra mile to ensure that we could resolve the issue. Probably the most refreshing thing was that there was no attempt to “up sell” me on other products and gave me a true analysis of what could be done with my existing unit. I will say, that since he was out and made the changes, my AC is running much more efficiently and my house is so much more comfortable in this unbearable heat!

Electrician was very rude and unprofessional. Was supposed to replace a GCFI breaker in the panel. Put a used breaker in there that looks older than the ones that came in the house that was built 1980. The fuse keeps blowing. We contacted to enable our warranty for a repair and he refused to replace it multiple times and this was per FHA requirement. I assume our skin color prevented him from actually doing the quality work that he does for others.

These guys were prompt, professional, honest, and just did a great job.

I had an issue with my house and the company never got back to me. They also did the electrical for my new construction. Our inspectors told us the electrical work was questionable to wrong and was the only concern they had. They also left forgot outlets that were on the design document which our builder had them correct. I would not recommend not use.
