So I had to write a review for On Time Electric. We were in a jam time wise and called them. They were in our house within an hour. They did great work, fast and friendly. What you expect when you pay someone to do something. They deserve a good review for this job but when we had another problem, we called them to come out and they actually fixed it over the phone. That tells me that they care more for the customer than for the mighty dollar, because they could have come out and charged us and we would have been none the wiser. Thank you for your awesome service and neighborly behaviors. We are customers for life.

I was recommended this business and it delivered stupendously! Quick response time and they came out same day to check out the power box and electric vehicle charger installation area. They ordered the parts and came back to install it two days later. Quick and easy, I highly recommend 10/10!

The Local Electrician is my hero. They were very responsive to my plea for help when the power went out in my house due to an electrical short near the end of the business day. They did a temporary fix so I had power overnight and the next day completed the permanent fix in less time than they had estimated. And, all for a very reasonable price. I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

Sonny with Mister Sparky was 'on call' one hot Houston Sunday, in July, to trouble shoot an electrical problem associated with my home which was preventing the various HVAC systems to operate. Sonny arrived out to my home early Sunday morning with a great attitude and tools in hand.He quickly identified the problem, then provided a detailed service quote to fix the issue (which I accepted). He promptly began work. Sonny was very thorough and thoughtful in his work, always thinking ahead. His work was meticulous. He even took time to explain various elements (the how, what, why questions) about the electrical work being completed, which as a home owner I greatly appreciated. Sonny never stopped working and after 14 hours of continuous work (ending at 1am) he returned power back to my house which allowed my family to get their lives back to a normal routine. Sonny's great attitude and attention to detail never changed during the marathon project, which he tackled himself on that hot Houston Sunday. I highly recommend Sonny at Mister Sparky.
