Their receptionist and owner are easy to talk to and went out of their way to fit me into their full schedule on short notice. Javier, the electrician who did the work, was fantastic. He went above and beyond what I was expecting and he was easy to have around in my small condo (where I usually don't like to have strange men working).

The electrician checked 2 light switches and the circuit breakers. He replaced a light switch and charged me $406. So, I was charged $406 to replace a light switch. I would stay away from this company.

I have never......NEVER......had such a great experience with service technicians of any sort, any where.We had an electrical issue that manifested itself 19 years after we had our house built. We tried calling all the repair services we had seen advertised on television, and a few that were local to our community. None of them could commit to getting to us that day, or even the next. Some even required an exorbitant (to me, at least......I call $199.00 exorbitant) trip fee......WHICH WAS IN ADDITION TO any repairs that were to be made--------HARD PASS!! Meanwhile, we are 100% without electricity to a major part of our house.I started a Google search and found Next Door. The young man with whom I spoke at Next Door was extremely polite and professional, and seemed to really care about our situation. We set up an appointment with Next Door for the next day.The repair team (Sal & Tae) that was assigned our repair called the next morning and told me they would be able to get to the house earlier than expected, and could be there within the hour if that would be okay.........(DEFINITELY!!!)UPON their arrival I explained to them what had happened and the area(s) affected. They immediately told me they knew what the problem was, and where it started. After a very thorough inspection, they had not only repaired the problem, but also checked every single outlet and switch in the affected areas to make sure there was no other damage done. Then they swept up and cleaned up and we were done.I can not recommend Next Door Electrical strongly enough. They are without equal, as darxas I am concerned. They have in me, a customer for life!

Wired has replaced nearly every decorative fixture in our home as well as installed numerous outlets, cans, and flood lights. They meet every awkward challenge with a solution and always get the job done right. Anthony is especially detailed in measuring and centering the fixtures perfectly. I had an issue during the Memorial Day Holiday with my breaker. I did not think any electricians would be able to come out and that I would be without power for the day. I called with my fingers crossed and was happy to have Curtis answer. I described the issue and he said that he would come in an hour. Within the hour Curtis was at my home and identified the issue right away. He was timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. Our baseboard heater was not working suddenly and we needed a quick fix. We contacted this company and they were very cordial on the phone. Jason listened to our problem carefully and gave us a schedule the next day. We were very satisfied with Jason’s work. He was a true professional and fixed it just within an hour. On top of that, he is very well-mannered. He was very respectful to us and explained every detail thoroughly. We were very impressed by his behavior and performance overall. The Local Electrician is my hero. They were very responsive to my plea for help when the power went out in my house due to an electrical short near the end of the business day. They did a temporary fix so I had power overnight and the next day completed the permanent fix in less time than they had estimated. And, all for a very reasonable price. They hung two light fixtures over our kitchen island. It was kind of tricky so they spent a lot of time making sure their measurements were correct. The final look was perfect! This is the second time we have used Adams. I won’t use another company.

OUTSTANDING. Sums it up. Our manufacturing plant was dead in the water. I spoke with Mark and he pulled a technician off of another job and sent him over to us. This was the FIRST time I had ever contacted this company. They will be our #1 electrician from now on. WAY TO GO! Customer service the way it should be.

This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
