Mathew was on time any very professional. He knew exactly what to do about changing out a 30 amp breaker to a 40 amp breaker so that our a/c unit wouldn’t trip the breaker of all the time. I will definitely use A1 Plus Electric again in the future.

John arrived on time. He was respectful and professional. He assessed and took care of the issue. He even gave me some tips on keeping my electrical fixture running smoothly. I have previously used this Company and the fees are reasonable but this time the cost seemed a little expensive. I am satisfied with the job done.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

We built a new home and the builder used them for the electrical work. They did not do a good job. Really bad positioning of light switches, switch plates are loose, walls have been pushed in by forcing switch plates on the wall, cracks by switch due to these forced switch plates. The only way I could get them to come take a look after we moved in was to hold their money. They still didnt fix my walls and said they dont do sheet rock work. Which means they break it but dont fix it. Not to mention 2 of the breakers (washer/dryer and kitchen wall plug breaker) keep tripping. It's been a year but I am still finding these details as far as the switch plates and not happy.

Great customer service! Ramairo and his crew are very professional and talented. They installed two chandeliers for us. They didn’t rush through the job and made sure that installation was perfectly done. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work!! Keep up the good work.

We called Local Electrician to perform a Panel upgrade and install Generator Transfer switch and connections. Sean assessed the work and gave us a fair price for the work on a Friday. He was very professional and extremely thorough, with attention to detail and happy to answer any questions I had. Jolt installed a whole house generator for me. I paid for the generator upfront which was ~half of the cost, then the balance after install. Marilu took care of the administrative part dealing w/ permits & CenterPoint Energy. Vladimir handled the install. They both did a great job & made the process as painless as possible. They're also both very friendly & great about addressing any questions or comments I had.

Very professional and exceptional work. We remodeled the entire downstairs and had every light replaced. Chris and his team were awesome.
