David the owner set me up with an early appointment. Justin came out during the promised time and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I needed a manual interlock and inlet installed for my portable generator. They had to wait for parts since the demand was so high after the winter storm. When parts came in they set up an appointment the next day and showed up on time. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They also had the best price. If you give him a call and ask him whether they charge to come or not and if he says 'they do not charge to come' do not believe him. He charges for estimates even though he does not fix anything. Basically he makes money that way I guess rather than do the work.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
