Could not ask for a better person or a better company this is the second time that I have used A1 Plus electrical and had a very good experience with both technicians that came out in service my home. Our experience with Next Door Electric was phenomenal! Tae was able to diagnose our outlet and breaker problem with exact details on how it should be fixed. Within the next appointment Tae was able to set up the new breaker in less than 30 minutes! The same week we had an unexpected short circuit with our electric stove top and they were able to send out Sal who helped fix the issue with no service charge because we had done business with them in the same week! Talk about a great customer experience!!! As first time home owners we’re so glad we can rely on this company over and over again. 100% will continue to use their services.

I spent a lot of time talking back-and-forth about an emergency situation at a commercial property and took our name address phone number, only to tell us that they couldn't get to it until Monday but yet they say they're open 24 hours whatever losing their number at this time wish I could give zero*Wow

Curtis was a pleasure to observe as he performed the upgrade to my home.He texted an eta, then again upon arrival, keeping us aware of his schedule at all times.Work areas were kept impeccable, inside and out. His methods and skills were obvious tome, as he explained everything step by step through the process. We built a new home and the builder used them for the electrical work. They did not do a good job. Really bad positioning of light switches, switch plates are loose, walls have been pushed in by forcing switch plates on the wall, cracks by switch due to these forced switch plates. The only way I could get them to come take a look after we moved in was to hold their money. They still didnt fix my walls and said they dont do sheet rock work. Which means they break it but dont fix it. Not to mention 2 of the breakers (washer/dryer and kitchen wall plug breaker) keep tripping. It's been a year but I am still finding these details as far as the switch plates and not happy.

The technician was friendly and clever. He fixed the hall light so we don't have to use a flashlight to go up the stairs. He also diagnosed problems with the lights on the ground floor. Highly Recommend Excel Electricians!

I can't say enough good things about these guys!. I had 3 different electric companies come to my house to give me a price estimate for the light fixtures I needed to install. The first was one of the big companies and they basically told me that I had to break the bank and get new everything, that my house was on the verge of getting set on fire by Lightning and surges. I'm a new home owner and don't know much about these things so after that scare (and the super high price) I decided to do my research and look into some good family run smaller businesses that may be a little more honest with me regarding the work that needed to be done and the installation of my lights. Someone more consumer oriented. I found two really good companies, one of them was Matthew Arnold, the owner of the local electrician who personally greeted me and was really honest and friendly. He made me feel much more at ease and told me that I was not in danger but only needed a few things updated to be safe at home. He also gave me a good price for the installation of the fixtures and answered all my questions and concerns. He and his college Lee were here yesterday and they were very good! Efficient and friendly!. I'm very happy about my choice and I'm sure that if anything should go wrong I'll have an honest and hard working professional to turn to!. Thank you Matthew!

Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt.
