I needed a bid for a electrical panel upgrade. Called Mister Sparky and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day at a specific time not a window. Their service tech showed up 15 minutes early, which was fantastic. The service tech was extremely professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend Mister Sparky

They seem to be focused on getting paid to come visit you and diagnose the problem vs actually solving the problem.

This outfit provided and installed our whole house standby generator. I could not be more impressed with their professionalism. and competence. The generator passed all its tests with flying colors. I'm confident it will do well when it's actually needed. I chose this company based on a recommendation from the unit's manufacturer. I'm glad I did.

Let me start off by saying how pleased I am with West Houston Electric. Called the morning after the issue was discovered, a friendly receptionist answered my call almost right away and was able to get me an appointment the same day (within a couple hours actually.) Joseph P. was my technician. He arrived on time and was super friendly and courteous. He answered all my questions with no hesitation whatsoever. As he dived into my very unique situation, he troubleshooted and was able to get to the route cause of my issue! A little while later, Joseph fully resolved my power issue! The job was the installation of two complete HVAC systems, except ducts. Whereas the crew that did the installation was OUTSTANDING, it is the installation of programable thermostats what triggers my low grading of the overall experience. I was expecting the installation of SMART THERMOSTATS, not the same programable type we already had with the old systems. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was given the run around, and to this date, three days after the installation, the thermostats were not replaced.It’s a shame that ABACUS is taking such approach after we gave them over $21K of our hard earned money. I gladly will update the grading and comments when they resolve this matter to our satisfaction, if they do.What otherwise was an OUTSTANDING service and value, unfortunately became diluted by the greedy attitude ABACUS has demonstrated this far.

Jason is THE EXPERT!!! He provides exceptional work and service in everything he does!!! We have had him do a lot of work on our old house and every time he exceeds our expectations!! I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

OUTSTANDING. Sums it up. Our manufacturing plant was dead in the water. I spoke with Mark and he pulled a technician off of another job and sent him over to us. This was the FIRST time I had ever contacted this company. They will be our #1 electrician from now on. WAY TO GO! Customer service the way it should be.
