Best Repair Problems in Houston TX

We had them install recessed lighting in our new home. It’s quite an ordeal on the first floor as they have to cut into the ceiling not only for the cans but also to find wiring etc. However, they were very responsive to our concerns and offered some alternatives and solutions. The second floor went much quicker and they were very detailed about exactly how we wanted them placed/spaced.All the employees were pleasant, professional and efficient

I hired Wired to come out and install this whole house surge protector. The electrician placed the breaker in the worst location. If he'd read the instructions, he would have installed it as close to the main as possible and moved the rest down. Too expensive for me even for good work and to know more than them makes me not want to return. I still have power surges throughout the house. Not cool when you work from home.

We needed someone to fix our switch that stopped working. We had tried on our own and could not figure out the problem. I called Brotherly Love to come out and they came that exact same day! Their fee to diagnose the problem was reasonable and they were able to fix it quickly while they were here at no extra charge. Very kind and professional. It’s hard finding good electricians and these guys were fantastic. They were also able to quote us on installing new lights in our ceiling (very reasonable). Will definitely use them again!

The technician was friendly and clever. He fixed the hall light so we don't have to use a flashlight to go up the stairs. He also diagnosed problems with the lights on the ground floor. Highly Recommend Excel Electricians!

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. My first indication that the ratings on this company were obviously written in-house was when I was told that in order to get an estimate I would have to pay $110 for the first hour and $75 for each hour thereafter. Mind you, their webpage states free estimates. The caller stated they would charge me this fee to complete the estimate and begin the work, but I am merely at the estimate stage. What about the supplies that would still need to be gathered before the work can begin and without them going out how do I even know if their estimate will be fair. I don't tend to hire someone on the spot without doing due diligence and crosschecking a couple of different estimates. At first I thought they meant that is what they charged once the work began but Ron made it a point to reiterate that was the charge just to get someone out there and get started with the estimate. No way. This company is underhanded and not very honest with practices like these.

I am very happy with these people. They are very professional and on time. I gave them additional work on top of what I had initially requested, and with no problems, they did it. I love these guys!! I would definitely recommend them.

We used this company after doing research on multiple companies in the area and deciding this one was the best fit. We originally had Tony come out perform the electrical work needed to install a generator plug on the outside of our home. Within hours of his work being completed we began experiencing new electrical issues in our home. Our home is less that’s two months old and we have never before experienced ANY issues.We immediately alerted the office and they had Tony back out again. He looked at everything again and replaced some breakers. We continued to experience this same issue. We again contacted Tony and he suggested it was due to other things, not the work he had performed. He was not helpful or professional while speaking with him. He basically said the only thing he could do was charge us for a diagnostic test to find the issue. I asked him to contact my husband with his trouble shooting ideas but he stopped returning texts.We had a third appointment the following morning from 9-12. I got multiple confirmation emails and texts for this appointment. No one showed, so my husband called Tony at 12:00 to ask if he was coming. Tony said no. There was nothing he could do to fix it and was refusing to try again. No one called to cancel this appointment ahead of time, he just decided not to show. I immediately called the office and they were helpful in agreeing to send out a different technician to help.We had Albert out, and he was very friendly and helped to review the work that was done to see if he could find an issue. We won’t know for a little while if the same problem keeps happening so I don’t know if it’s been fixed, but I appreciated Albert’s professionalism and he didn’t try to blame us, the customer.

Driving training may be needed. Especially showing your guys how to park properly.
