Got a call from the tech AFTER he was already overdue on the scheduled time of the appointment. Then, proceeded to tell me it would be another 45 minutes until he arrived. I am very disappointed in the way A1 Plus Electrical handled my service call.

This is the second time we've used Harmony. The technician that came out, Raul, was courteous and efficient. The prices are also quite reasonable -- I was really expecting the cost to be a bit higher for the job than it was. Good service, good value, can't beat that :)

Inspection has not passed from a project installing the manual transfer switch for the generator the inspection for this install failed and the permit has remained open since July 2021 all calls have gone unanswered from this company. We had the manual transfer switch installed for emergency generator capabilities and when the inspector came out to close the permit they found that there is not disconnect on the building side of the meter. This is a code violation. In order to fix this issue, the city of Houston is looking for “existing and new 1 line drawings” of the electrical in the facility. This has not been supplied as of today 4/8. I am reaching out to other contractors to have this resolved.

The Right Pro electricians did a good job installing a breaker subpanel and running power out to an A/C unit at my house. The electricians showed up on time and the work was completed with minimal power black out to the house. They even returned to the house two days later to upsize the circuit breaker to accommodate a larger than planned A/C unit. I was very pleased with their work.

Cruz, came in to restore my power after the winter freeze. He also helped on fixing my AC which didn’t turn on when power was restored. He also helped me on my plumbing issues. He works above and beyond!

I emailed Edgar Larios on 2/15/18, and I called Wendy Larios the next day when Edgar didn't answer my email. Wendy told me they would send a service man out. Today is 2/23/18. Edgar told the tenant he was out of town. So I called Wendy who told me she couldn't send anybody out. I was not happy and told her she should have told me at the time of my first call that we were waiting for nothing. She didn't even offer to send someone on Monday. I have always paid my bills with them immediately, even when I thought they shouldn't charge me $180 to examine the situation, and then $1500 to replace the box. Well, this forces me to find a better electrician that may not cost as much.

We needed some lighting work done and a new security system installed. After talking to a few people, we went with Vetcore, as they were suggested by two different people. Vetcore proved themselves to be well worth the time and cost. The work was timely, performed with excellence, and guaranteed. We have had no issues, and while we were willing to pay a bit more for great service, Vetcore provided competitive rates and still showed up professional and with stellar customer service.
