I have old aluminum wiring in my townhome that I wanted replaced with copper connectors and copper receptacles and switches, as well as replace my old and possibly dangerous breaker box panel. Will provided me an invaluable crash course in electricity that I am very grateful for. I felt like I could definitely make an educated decision, and was impressed by his willingness to take however long it took to answer all of my questions. The electrician that came out was very nice and went with me to a couple of places to track down a new timer for my pool pump. He selected the timer and installed it. Now a couple of weeks later my pool company tells me that the wrong voltage timer was installed and this caused my pump motor to burn up. Seeing that this is costing me $525 for a new motor (which was replaced within the last 2 years) I also am having to pay them for the installation of the correct voltage timer which was another $250. When you add in taxes I am having to pay $800 for something that should have cost me perhaps $275. Oh and that is not counting the nearly $200 I paid you. My pool company has recommended that I not use your services again and I have to agree.

Our experience with Next Door Electric was phenomenal! Tae was able to diagnose our outlet and breaker problem with exact details on how it should be fixed. Within the next appointment Tae was able to set up the new breaker in less than 30 minutes! The same week we had an unexpected short circuit with our electric stove top and they were able to send out Sal who helped fix the issue with no service charge because we had done business with them in the same week! Talk about a great customer experience!!! As first time home owners we’re so glad we can rely on this company over and over again. 100% will continue to use their services.

First off, I'm a homeowner and a small business owner who reached out to this company for quite a bit of electrical work that was needed due to the flooding associated with Hurricane Harvey. We are talking about $10K of work. I contacted them because they had worked on two of my neighbors homes so I thought they should be given a shot at the work. After more than (2) phone calls and (2) emails that did not result in one call back or scheduled appointment I decided to move on. Why on earth would I ever consider a company with customer service that is this bad. Granted, they are probably really busy, but a phone call or an email response stating that would have been the professional way to handle it.

I’ve been converting a van to live in and end up doing the electric myself but I wanted a professionals opinion to confirm everything was correct. So I called up 4eighty electric and they were happy to help! They drove out to my house on time and went through everything with me. They also wired my water heater and I couldn’t be happier! They were easy going and really did me a solid. My van is now up and running on its own with no problems. Thanks so much 4eighty electric. I recommend their services for anyone. With the possibility of a potential storm or hurricane moving into the Gulf next week, we were desperate in getting a backup generator inlet box for our home in order to use our portable gasoline generator safely and effectively. Within 24 hours of my phone call a two man crew from Houston Pro Electrical Services were professionally installing my equipment! They tested the system with the generator and gave us clear instructions on how to safely use the system. While they we're there we also had them replace a light switch and install a new bathroom light fixture for a nominal fee. The whole installation along with the extras took them no longer than 3 1/2 hours. We were impressed, thank you!

I work in commercial/retail property management and my company has used CPL for all of our electrical needs over the last year, since we were first referred by a mutual business partner.From the very first job, we were truly impressed by the communication, professionalism, quality of work and value. Anyone who has worked with any of the skilled trades knows that finding a company that has ALL of these qualities truly is a needle in the haystack. CPL has completed jobs for us as simple as changing out one light fixture style to another to running new wiring tens of feet and have even done a few investigative fixes for us on some things that I certainly can't explain the minutiae of (but Chris, the operations manager can), I just know they got fixed...like the giant sign on the front of our building that sadly sat unlit for months and now glows beautifully!The bottom line is, you're going to get quality work at an honest price and you won't be in the dark about anything (no pun intended). Chris is very transparent and communicative about the whole process and while it may or may not sway your motivation to work with CPL, I don't think it should go without noting that he is a notably kind person to work with.
