So I had to write a review for On Time Electric. We were in a jam time wise and called them. They were in our house within an hour. They did great work, fast and friendly. What you expect when you pay someone to do something. They deserve a good review for this job but when we had another problem, we called them to come out and they actually fixed it over the phone. That tells me that they care more for the customer than for the mighty dollar, because they could have come out and charged us and we would have been none the wiser. Thank you for your awesome service and neighborly behaviors. We are customers for life.

It was a pleasure to work with Isaac! He arrived on time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He thoroughly explained everything he was working on and discussed every repair with me in great detail - he even let me record his explanations on my phone so I could communicate the info to my husband who was at work! He was well prepared and after the initial visit, he completed all the work in 1 day (including set up with the utility co). We needed someone to fix our switch that stopped working. We had tried on our own and could not figure out the problem. I called Brotherly Love to come out and they came that exact same day! Their fee to diagnose the problem was reasonable and they were able to fix it quickly while they were here at no extra charge. Very kind and professional. It’s hard finding good electricians and these guys were fantastic. They were also able to quote us on installing new lights in our ceiling (very reasonable). Will definitely use them again!

Made an appt for 50ft high soffit lights exchange. I could not find exact matching replacement lights in loews or Home Depot before the anppoint and I had to order from Amazone. I rescheduled, and was charged 95 dollars for first visit. First, I was not notified of the fee until the day of the job. That is excessive and not good customer service.

I called Excel Electricians Houston to help install a new bathroom light. The old fluorescent light was installed on the ceiling and the wires were coming from the side, so for the new light we needed a new wall box above the mirror. The electrician was very friendly and the job was done quickly and very well from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the price he gave and with the quality of the work.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Excellent service and knowledgeable in his trade. We’ve used A1 twice already and Anthony was very professional met the needs of our request for getting the lights and switch plate working correctly. Second call was for a GFCI installed in our restroom. Highly recommend Anthony and A1. Will use again if needed.

Jolt installed a whole house generator for me. I paid for the generator upfront which was ~half of the cost, then the balance after install. Marilu took care of the administrative part dealing w/ permits & CenterPoint Energy. Vladimir handled the install. They both did a great job & made the process as painless as possible. They're also both very friendly & great about addressing any questions or comments I had.

I had a T&Z tech come by my house for a few small jobs that I had to get done and he was on time ( which is rare with other companies). The tech was very professional and experienced. I highly recommend this company for any repairs around the house

Called for emergency service on a weekend. The receptionist said she forwarded the info to one of their electricians and I would receive a call shortly to receive an estimate and schedule the work if desired. That was Friday. It it's now Thursday and no one has called.
