Following a partial home power failure including our AC and stove on a Sunday, Paul Richard Electric responded to my request for an emergency appointment (note: other businesses had a vm on a Sunday). Paul came as scheduled and diagnosed the situation, called CenterPoint Energy for us, laid out the potential scenarios and options. Paul's commitment to helping us, providing detail cost alternatives and understanding of the entire electrical design (from transformer to unit) was spot-on.

Justin and his team did a tremendous job with quality of work and explanation exactly what needed to be done ! Because I was very novice to this area of work after completion and pictures taken to back to office to review found out that there was still installation that was left out! They contacted me and was back at work next day! Thanks for the honesty and reviewing the finished job!

I contacted Oscar to check out electrical sockets in my house. Oscar responded in less than one hour and made an appointment to come the next day to provide a quote. Oscar arrived on time and determined the problem shortly after arriving. His pricing is competitive, so I gave him the approval to make the repairs on the spot. I also got a quote for converting the outdoor lights to dusk to dawn lights. Oscar took the time to explain the best options with least cost impact. Oscar came back the next day after I got the fixtures and bulbs an changed out the recessed lights to flush mounted fixtures.Oscar is trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I will absolutely be using Oscar for other repairs or electrical changes.

Theo went above and beyond working on my electrical outlet issue - troubleshooting and finding the problem efficiently while explaining what he was doing and looking for, then repairing the outlets. Excellent service!

Clarification for reviews from Klent Selz and Corey Bosely - Bonte Electrical never did work for these two men. They were disgruntled tenants in a rent house of ours.

I just called these guys for an estimate. I can't say whether it was fair because I haven't checked around yet. And, I also don't feel comfortable mentioning what the work was or how much they quoted me here. What I WOULD like to say is that I spoke with Mr. Richard Dempsey himself. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He even offered to let me call him with any questions I have if I decide to do it myself. I can't imagine any better service than that. He sounded genuinely concerned for our safety. I still haven't decided whether to do it myself or go with the pro but if I do hire someone I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
