I was able to get them and their crew to come do a bunch of different jobs at my property within a reasonable amount of time from my call. They do the job right and to code, which is what you want. No funny business here!

Lights were out in living room and kitchen, (fried wires), tech came, fix the issues quickly and explained things thoroughly.

It started out they were going to replace a light fixture outside my home. However, they found voltage was low to the existing light, entered my attic and found spliced, live wires (left by another contractor) and saved my home from a potentially dangerous situation. So grateful!!!!!

I had a tree fall across the power line to my house and the electrical meter and lines were badly damaged so I needed all new equipment. I put a call in after hours and Nathan had returned my call to let me know that he would have a crew out to my house late morning to early afternoon. The crew arrived and completed the job within a very reasonable amount of time and had also communicated with Centerpoint so they would know when to arrive and reconnect thr power. This was my first experience with Brotherly love and I will use them again and will recommend to anyone needing an electrician.

I am so very happy with the service and recommendations provided by Mr. Sparky Electrical company! Ryan B. was very professional and took the time to explain and answering all my questions. He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.

The technician, Mr. Ortega, was very knowledgeable and addressed all of concerns. The two installers, Yanier and Guillermo, were very thorough, paying close attention to details and answering all questions. Based on my experience with the services today, I won’t hesitate to recommend Abacus to others.

The guys at Correct Electric are first class. They provide great service to their clients and they are great individuals. It is always nice to work with somebody trust worthy and easy to work with. These guys will get your job done on time and done right. We have done some large jobs with them and they have always been able to staff them properly. I would recommend them for any projects that you have available.

Worthless. Called for a bid on a job and the rep told me I would have to submit a bid request in order for them to see if it was even something they would be interested in!! What a joke
