Chris provided excellent service and explained in detail the work he was doing. He also broke down the quotes for additional services we requested and what he thought was worth doing. It was easy to setup appointment and they communicated ahead of time that Chris was running a little late. I would use them in the future for electrical issues.

Brotherly Love came out quickly, explained every step of the process and checked in as work progressed. They also consulted with another service provider to ensure their work contributed to solving my larger problem. Ray was very nice!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Jason is THE EXPERT!!! He provides exceptional work and service in everything he does!!! We have had him do a lot of work on our old house and every time he exceeds our expectations!! Our first job with Jason was an urgent one and he squeezed us into his busy schedule and had our issues fixed in no time! Since then, we have had him fix all kinds of electrical problems we had ignored and accumulated for years. He has the experience and amazing patience that guides him through any sort of difficulties.

Don't do it, complete waste of time !!! The 4 hour hands on test is a joke. The first clue is the filthy test area, they are too lazy to clean up after every test. If this is how the test aria is, I don't want to see the job sight. They don't even have any work, just wasting peoples time. Then they don't even offer top-pay.

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.

Called on Sunday for repair to leaking bath/shower valve. Not leaking, water just running out. They had a plumber there three hours later and fixed it. No trip charge, reasonable fee, I think. About the trip charge-nothing makes me drop a company faster than a trip fee they don't waive if you accept the bid.

Not good!So in 2003 I had my whole Heights house rewired and a new outside box and powerhead, part of the seller's allowance. I had tube and knob, 1940's house. Dempsey sent out a licensed electrician and his helper. Now I have learned that NONE OF THE DROPS were rewired. See below picture, almost caused a fire. I have since learned all the fixtures and switch boxes, when opened, reveal the old original cloth covered wire.I paid damn near $5000 for the job. Now I have to call out another electrician to fix all this b/c I have renter's in there now.I am aware they come highly recommended, but I CANNOT RECOMMENDED. Update 4/28: I contacted BBB, they refused to process my complaint further b/c it is older than 12 months. I reached out to Dempsey directly, they did NOT reply. I will be going to tdlr next and getting an attorney. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Worthless. Called for a bid on a job and the rep told me I would have to submit a bid request in order for them to see if it was even something they would be interested in!! What a joke
