Paul and his team did a great job for us with some electrical installations and troubleshooting. The scope of work was well explained including cost estimates and timing of the work. Paul was very flexible fitting in the work with our schedule; he and his team were very courteous and did a thorough job leaving our house free of dust and debris following the installations. I thoroughly recommend Paul and his team and will definitely be using his services again if we need any electrical work done around the house.

Justin did a great job, very knowledgeable about adding a generator and ATS to our solar system.

I called and set an appointment for someone to come out and look at the breaker box in my salon. Carlos was my tech and he was very helpful and considerate, I really love the service that Carlos provided and although he had to come back the next day to correct someone else's problem, he was on time and professional. I will use On Time Electric in the future.

Trying to sell a David Weekley home that is only 4 years old. Buyer's inspector found issues with the breaker panel. TX Electrical stood adamantly behind their work, but refused to give me a signed work ticket. Then, after way too much time and energy spent, the report they emailed to me was not professional (the worst I have ever seen). If their work was so defensible, then why was it like pulling teeth to get that sad excuse for a report? I had JD Precision come out for a plumbing issue the same inspector found, and the plumber said nothing was wrong, but they immediately emailed me professional report, including pictures to provide back to the buyer. Polar opposite experiences.

Horrible company to work for , racism runs deep and starts in the office. Does not stand behind their foremans unless right color.

Our baseboard heater was not working suddenly and we needed a quick fix. We contacted this company and they were very cordial on the phone. Jason listened to our problem carefully and gave us a schedule the next day. We were very satisfied with Jason’s work. He was a true professional and fixed it just within an hour. On top of that, he is very well-mannered. He was very respectful to us and explained every detail thoroughly. We were very impressed by his behavior and performance overall. This company is exceptional! They are polite, professional, honest and do excellent work. I was extremely impressed. It is very difficult to find a business that operates with integrity. Lutz Electrical Contracting does just that. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. I almost never leave reviews, but I felt, after my experience with them, that I must. I want other people to know that there is an electrical contracting company out there that treats their customers respectfully, fairly as well as provides a highly skilled service.

Great service and professional people

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.

Robert was awesome!! He found the problem, went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening and how the repair was going to work, took long hours to do the job right, and was friendly and considerate the entire time! I felt comfortable with him doing the repair and would absolutely use Abacus again!
