New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

I have used Abacus twice now and was extremely Pleased with both technicians. The 1st time when my water heater died they had me up and running the same day. Today it was to fix a slight leak at the outside water feed and he did an excellent job. Both technicians were friendly and explained everything to me and sent pictures of all the work as it was being done. Thank You Abacus for helping me out again and sending very knowledgeable tech's.

David installed new electrical service for a mobile home we bought and moved to a property. He purchased and installed the power pole, ran electrical underneath the trailer to the panel in the trailer and also installed and ran power to our septic system. It was easy to maintain communication with him at all times and he is very reasonably priced.

I think they have been in business since the 50's. Highly skilled electricians who do not cut corners.

Mr Electric were there when I needed their help late one night. The lady answering the phone was professional and knowledgeable. It was not an emergency so I elected to have them come out the next day. Marcus was the electrician and he was the consummate professional- knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Marcus gave me my 3 options along with his professional opinion on each option. I decided on the safest option and Mr electric scheduled the work for the following morning since they would have to power off the house during the work. I could not be happier with Marcus’ work and with Mr Electric. I will use them in the future when anything goes wrong with my electric supply to the home. I just hope it will be a long while! LOL. GREAT JOB GUYS THANKS!!

I am so very happy with the service and recommendations provided by Mr. Sparky Electrical company! Ryan B. was very professional and took the time to explain and answering all my questions. He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
