Scheduled for Tuesday 8/7 appointment for an estimate, no show no call; I've call to let him know no one shows up and their customer rep insist that I reschedule for the next day. call me at 9am the next day told me the car of technician broke down for the 8-10am appointment. This company is perfect for people with a lot time and no life who can stay home everyday hoping someone shows up.

I had an appointment for a whole house generator estimate and it was a no call/no show. The appointment time frame was between 3-5 on Monday, February 7th. I even called several times and the phone line was BUSY. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. I will go elsewhere for a generator estimate since I don't want to do business with a company that treats potential customers like this!!

OMG responded very quickly and took a hands on approach to calculating how big of a standby generator I needed to run my whole house. They relocated and replaced my main panel with a larger capacity panel, trenched and ran over 40' of conduit, set my generator and transfer switch/panel, contracted a plumber for the gas connections, pulled all permits and inspections with the city of conroe. He came out to do the panel load test on February 22nd, he started the job on the 28th and he was completely finished and inspected by March 15th. Overall an excellent experience... I definitely recommend OMG.

Contacted 2 other electrical companies to install a genetator interlock kit, but they either didn,t provide service or too pricey wanting to install something else. ALL SOURCE ELECTRICAL came right out and very reasonable. I explained what I needed and they took care of it along with a whole house surge protector also purchased. I called Excel Electricians Houston to help install a new bathroom light. The old fluorescent light was installed on the ceiling and the wires were coming from the side, so for the new light we needed a new wall box above the mirror.
