They sent a sales person instead of an electrician. Then because I would need two visits, I wanted service quickly, and blamed my need for quick service on extra fees. This company is a big corporation that requires the consumer to pay for a lot of overhead, I prefer to use local electricians.

West Houston Electric was very responsive and professional. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and communication with the front office team was seamless. The company was willing to accommodate my time constraints, sending a different tech to ensure the job would be handled within the time I needed. My tech was Theo. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He addressed the issue with our fan, so the work was completed to my satisfaction. Theo arrived in a marked van and I received a picture of him in advance of his arrival, which made me feel much safer. I have no complaints and plan to use WHE again for any future electrical needs.

I’ve used Curtis a couple of times, most recently for the installation of LED lights in my kitchen. He was very punctual both times. Curtis is very knowledgeable about his craft and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. You can tell that he really cares about doing a great job. I will definitely use Curtis for any future electrical problems I may have in the future.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Don't do it, complete waste of time !!! The 4 hour hands on test is a joke. The first clue is the filthy test area, they are too lazy to clean up after every test. If this is how the test aria is, I don't want to see the job sight. They don't even have any work, just wasting peoples time. Then they don't even offer top-pay.

We built a new home and the builder used them for the electrical work. They did not do a good job. Really bad positioning of light switches, switch plates are loose, walls have been pushed in by forcing switch plates on the wall, cracks by switch due to these forced switch plates. The only way I could get them to come take a look after we moved in was to hold their money. They still didnt fix my walls and said they dont do sheet rock work. Which means they break it but dont fix it. Not to mention 2 of the breakers (washer/dryer and kitchen wall plug breaker) keep tripping. It's been a year but I am still finding these details as far as the switch plates and not happy.

Very professional service. A different service wanted to charge me for a full replacement of an entire doorbell system . Allsource Electric found a wire that had come off of the doorbell transformer and were able to save me a lot of money by not having to replace a perfectly good doorbell transformer and doorbell chime. I appreciate this type of honesty and integrity. I will use them for any electrical issues in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

I called Excel Electricians Houston to help install a new bathroom light. The old fluorescent light was installed on the ceiling and the wires were coming from the side, so for the new light we needed a new wall box above the mirror. The electrician was very friendly and the job was done quickly and very well from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the price he gave and with the quality of the work.

Deciding to go with DM Electrical and Construction for our Generac generator and panel upgrade installations was the right choice. DM Electrical personnel were professional in every aspect from their initial visit to completion of the generator and panel upgrade installs. Margo and other DM Electrical personnel (Reyes, John, Rick, and Cole to name a few) were timely and did a good job of staying on top of things with the inspections. I certainly recommend DM Electrical to anyone looking for a contractor to assist with a whole house generator or upgraded panel installation.
