The initial phone conversation was professional and optimistic. There was a miscommunication via text on my part as I'm not familiar with the processes. I received a friendly phone call explaining everything and scheduled the appointment to upgrade my electrical panel. Very excited for the upgrade as this is my first home and I'm learning as I go!

Their is a lady that works here that is very rude. I did not get her name because she never offered it. We were having a polite discussion until I asked her why on a question. Apparently, if you question her, she yells, cusses and hangs up the phone. One time calling was all it took for me to not contact them again. Also look at the other one star responses. What is said and their reply is all you need to know about what they truly think of people.

Andre was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, he was very reassuring about priorities and safety. He stayed longer after the repair to check which circuit was overloading and why, and was able to narrow it down to a space heater that was pulling too many amps, so this won’t happen again, and won’t destroy any wall plugs. He was able to give me a quote to redo the whole thing but there was absolutely no hard sell or scare tactics. I’ve been looking for a company to be our go-to; and I’ve definitely found it.

GPS tracking to plan for arrival time and the best part was the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness Drew showed while performing the work. My problems and options were clearly explain to me along with other things I might want to consider without feeling pressure to do things other than what I had called about. We are selling our older home and had some electrical issues discovered during the buyer's inspection. We needed them addressed quickly because of our closing schedule. Curtis was on time, polite, and demonstrated his expertise. He repaired a couple minor outlets but then addressed larger issues in the breaker box. He knew exactly what to do, worked quickly, professionally, and tested everything after the repair was done, and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommended.

With the possibility of a potential storm or hurricane moving into the Gulf next week, we were desperate in getting a backup generator inlet box for our home in order to use our portable gasoline generator safely and effectively. Within 24 hours of my phone call a two man crew from Houston Pro Electrical Services were professionally installing my equipment! They tested the system with the generator and gave us clear instructions on how to safely use the system. While they we're there we also had them replace a light switch and install a new bathroom light fixture for a nominal fee. The whole installation along with the extras took them no longer than 3 1/2 hours. We were impressed, thank you!

CPL was quick to schedule my service call. The technicians were friendly, professional and took care of the job quickly. They were also very honest letting me know the issue and how it was resolved.
