My kitchen light did not work. Shaderick assessed the problem and he and his apprentice had me up and working. They were professional and cleaned up behind themselves. The quote I received the day before was just what I paid for what they did. I will definitely use them again.

Curtis showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my dead outlet and came back later that day and upgraded my fuse box to ensure that the solution was safe and reliable. I will definitely use him again, he's now my electrical guy.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

Abacus provided great customer service. My technician Bryan, Jose, and, I do apologize for forgetting the tech who assisted Jose but the tech that has been with Abacus for about 2 months ? did a great job in explaining to me what I needed, how things work, and in installing my new breaker/fuse box. I am awaiting more service from Abacus AC tech who will come tomorrow morning. So far great job Abacus!Joel the AC tech came the next day, 9/1/22 and assisted with the AC and did an excellent job communicating with me as to what I needed and how to keep up with my maintenance.UPDATE…. Today, 9/8/22, Aaron just installed my hot water heaters. He was on time, clean, and respectful to my mom and I. As far as the installation is concern, to my knowledge he did a great job. Time will tell but until then, great job Abacus!
