Best Electrical Project in Houston TX

They sent a sales person instead of an electrician. Then because I would need two visits, I wanted service quickly, and blamed my need for quick service on extra fees. This company is a big corporation that requires the consumer to pay for a lot of overhead, I prefer to use local electricians.

After a mix-up of what work was to be done, John, the President of On-Time, personally reached out to me and ensured that I was taken care of. I was very impressed with the customer service that the company as a whole put forth. It's also always a plus that the President is hands-on in his company and truly cares about his customers.

Came out 5 years ago for an electrical issue caused by lightning storm…returned today to replace smoke detector which required a professional! Gratefully, the same representative serviced both times! John was prompt, professional, honest, and quick! In & out within 30 minutes

I needed help repairing my front porch light; it exploded unexpectedly. My house was for sale and I needed the light repaired quickly. I found reviews of several companies. Harmony Electric had the highest of all. I was nervous about picking a random company, but the lady I spoke to initially reassured me. I was able to get an appointment on the day I called - a lucky fluke. The gentleman took the light down, replaced the entire light with my replacement. From the start to the finish the process was quick and the electrician did a great job. I am so glad I went with Harmony and I recommend the company for your electrical needs.

I have been working in the low voltage industry for over 21 years. Once in a great while you come upon a contractor that not only meets your needs but goes WAY above and beyond your needs. Melton Electric is top notch! There's not enough words to describe them but I'll try - professional, thorough, personable, timely, dedicated. My entire experience with this company was first rate. Making my appointment was smooth and timely. My electrician was knowledgeable, personable and professional. Excellent service at a fair and honest rate. At this point I am a customer for the foreseeable future.

Marsha has no customer service, shes really rude. You cant understand when she picks up the phone or even thru conversation, did let her know i was having a hard time hearing, did ask if she can speak up and she just stay quiet. I just ended the conversation.

I have used CA Electrical Contractor for both small residential and big commercial jobs (wiring commercial A/C, installing new electrical panels & transformer). Cruz is always easy to reach and his crew is on time. Quality work done in a timely manner at more than reasonable prices. I don’t hesitate recommending these guys to friends/family.

Made an appt for 50ft high soffit lights exchange. I could not find exact matching replacement lights in loews or Home Depot before the anppoint and I had to order from Amazone. I rescheduled, and was charged 95 dollars for first visit. First, I was not notified of the fee until the day of the job. That is excessive and not good customer service.
