Very timely and professional service. Everything that the technician (Jeremy) described actually did happen. The quote for the work came in as the highest of 3 quotes obtained. But for us, it was worth getting it done right the first time.

Rip off. They wanted to charge me $80 for a $15 dimmer. When I questioned the price, thus said that the owner (Nathaniel) sets the prices and they have no control.Do not use unless you like being ripped off. They have lost a long term customer today.

I called Excel Electricians Houston to help install a new bathroom light. The old fluorescent light was installed on the ceiling and the wires were coming from the side, so for the new light we needed a new wall box above the mirror. The electrician was very friendly and the job was done quickly and very well from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the price he gave and with the quality of the work.

Javier did a great job the three times he performed services in my home. I called him originally ( 2 years ago) to install 5 ceiling fans and was very impressed.Javier was very nice, punctual, professional, cleaned up after job, wore protective covering on shoes, and very respectful manor. He came in and was shown the rooms for installations, at which point , he recommended other parts because of my ceiling height. Javier offered to go get it or wait while I run to pick it up. He stated that there was no additional charge or he can install what I had an come back within the year of my warranty.I loved that he cared enough to give advice that would benefit me, the customer. I called him back for other electrical jobs and he was just as professional, caring, cleaned up, etc. Again he gave advise/recommendations of product that I never imagined.Javier is very knowledgeable about his craft and makes sure the job is done well. I'm very inspired by his work ethics and would/have recommend(ed) he/company to friend and neighbors.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. one of their drivers on friday october 11 was going 90mph on i45 and switching lanes way too fast. this was between 3 and 4pm. In the process not only did they almost crash into my but their driving sent rocks onto my windshield. If they’re THAT careless as drivers i can imagine the sloppy work they must do.

I am very happy with these people. They are very professional and on time. I gave them additional work on top of what I had initially requested, and with no problems, they did it. I love these guys!! I would definitely recommend them.

Mr. Sparky went above and beyond at their most recent visit. I needed new bulbs on a large chandelier in a stairwell. It is very difficult to get to! The technician offered to go to the store to purchase the correct bulbs for me. He did the errand, replaced and checked everything and even dusted the fixture off!

You need take care about this driver here! May a safety drive curse for him!! He or she and not sure but almost hit my car, then the van take the left turn side for go straight in the middle of light, van number :S29
