Best Commercial Electric Needs in Houston TX

I was totally unprepared and clueless about what to do when our house suddenly lost power on Sunday. I called several electricians that open 24 hours and left messages or spoke to customer services who promised an electrician will call me. Paul was the only one called back and so patiently guided me to self-diagnose the problem. I am so grateful because he is not only so kind but so understanding. He is the only electrician I will go to in the future as I won’t even bother trying anyone.

Salat did an excellent job installing a surge protector on my electrical panel. After a surge tripped too many breakers one night we deemed it well worth the money to ensure I don’t loose appliances, etc. Salat was courteous, thorough and efficient. He replaced a ceiling fan and fixed a smoke alarm with a loose wire as well as change the battery in one that was unreachable for me. He left the areas clean. I have used On- Time before and will use them again as well as recommended them to anyone who needs dependable service.

The electrician (Jeremy) from Mr Electric came to my home. I explained the issue to him and he was able to fix it. He was very friendly and informative. I’d gladly use them for any other electrical problems I have in the future.

First thing in the morning I went to turn on the lights in back of the house and heard a crackling noise and then all the electricity went out. I immediately called Wired Electric and not only did they answer the phone, but they put me on their priority list and are coming to fix the issue first thing - keep in mind that all of this took place before 6am!! Their customer service is top notch, not to mention a job well done!!

I had a tree fall across the power line to my house and the electrical meter and lines were badly damaged so I needed all new equipment. I put a call in after hours and Nathan had returned my call to let me know that he would have a crew out to my house late morning to early afternoon. The crew arrived and completed the job within a very reasonable amount of time and had also communicated with Centerpoint so they would know when to arrive and reconnect thr power. This was my first experience with Brotherly love and I will use them again and will recommend to anyone needing an electrician.

I am very picky when people do any kind of work in my house and these people were AMAZING! Even the person that scheduled the appointment was very nice and professional. I have had a lot of people make me wait all day to come to the house and they came at the top of their time frame. They gave me next day service from when I called to schedule. Oscar even showed me ways to have what I was asking for look better. The other people i got estimates from were telling me i would have sheet rock repairs when they were done and would have to hire someone else to come fix it. Oscar knew how to do the job where i was left with zero repairs when they were done which saved me a ton of money. And for anyone concerned with getting any home repairs done right now because of covid, they were very clean and wore face masks. This is now my go to company for electrical. Thank you! Thank you! Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.

The technician was friendly and clever. He fixed the hall light so we don't have to use a flashlight to go up the stairs. He also diagnosed problems with the lights on the ground floor. Highly Recommend Excel Electricians!
